Boeing llega a un acuerdo en las primeras reclamaciones por accidente aéreo de Lion Air

The Boeing Company ha resuelto las primeras reclamaciones derivadas del accidente aéreo del vuelo JT-610 de un Boeing 737-8 MAX de la aerolínea Lion Air ocurrida el 29 Octubre 2018. Los primeros acuerdos judiciales con las familias de los fallecidos se ha pactado un desembolso de US$ 1.2 millones por cada pérdida.

El bufet de abogados Wisner resolvió 11 de sus 17 reclamos contra Boeing en nombre de las familias que perdieron a sus familiares en el accidente. Los reclamos serían los primeros en resolverse de 55 demandas contra Boeing en un Tribunal Federal de Justicia de Estados Unidos en Chicago y podrían establecer el estándar para las conversaciones de mediación de otros abogados demandantes del vuelo JT-610 de Lion Air que están programadas para el próximo mes.

The Boeing Company has resolved the first claims arising from the plane crash of the JT-610 flight of a Boeing 737-8 MAX of the Lion Air airline that occurred on October 29, 2018. The first judicial agreements with the families of the deceased have been agreed to disbursement of US$ 1.2 million for each loss.

The Wisner law firm settled 11 of its 17 claims against Boeing on behalf of the families that lost their relatives in the accident. The claims would be the first to be resolved in 55 lawsuits against Boeing in a United States Federal Court of Justice in Chicago and could set the standard for mediation conversations of other lawyers demanding the Lion Air Flight JT-610 scheduled for next month.
