Gremios aeronáuticos seguirán negociando con el Gobierno argentino

Los gremios aeronáuticos de Argentina, la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) y la Unión Argentina de Líneas Aéreas (UALA) continuarán negociando una recomposición salarial con una actualización del 24 %. El Lunes 7 Octubre 2019, los sindicatos formalizarían la propuesta al gobierno junto con la compañía aérea para su tratamiento.

Los sindicatos de APLA que nuclean a los pilotos de Aerolíneas Argentinas y UALA pertenecientes a los pilotos de Austral Líneas Aéreas decidieron dejar sin efecto el paro general de pilotos previsto para este fin de semana por 48 horas, al recibir el compromiso de la empresa de formalizar una nueva propuesta el Lunes 07/10 dentro de un espacio de mediación abierto por el Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo.

Frente al compromiso de la empresa de formalizar una nueva propuesta en una reunión convocada para el día lunes, los gremios finalmente manifestaron que dejan sin efecto las medidas de fuerza. Desde el gremio de Apla reflejaron que “en esta ocasión, por primera vez en las negociaciones, la empresa ha revertido su postura intransigente (saliendo del 0%) y comenzó a entablar un diálogo tendiente a avanzar a un principio de entendimiento once meses después de la paritaria”. El Jefe de la APLA, Pablo Biró, y de UALA, Cristian Erhardt, habían sido convocados de urgencia por el Secretario de Trabajo, Lucas Fernández Aparicio. Las organizaciones sindicales y los funcionarios laborales retomaron la negociación tras intensas discusiones. El Gobierno de Argentina necesitará acordar una propuesta viable para los pilotos frente a la necesidad de evitar una nueva huelga latente.

The aeronautical unions of Argentina, the Association of Airline Pilots (APLA) and the Argentine Airline Union (UALA) will continue negotiating a salary recomposition with a 24% update. The APLA unions that bring together the pilots of Aerolíneas Argentinas and UALA belonging to the pilots of Austral Líneas Aéreas decided to put aside the general stoppage of pilots planned for this weekend for 48 hours, upon receiving the company’s commitment to formalize a new proposal on Monday 07/10 within a mediation space opened by the Ministry of Production and Labor.

Faced with the company’s commitment to formalize a new proposal at a meeting convened for Monday, the unions finally stated that the measures of force are without effect. From the APLA guild they reflected that “on this occasion, for the first time in the negotiations, the company has reversed its uncompromising position (leaving 0%) and began to establish a dialogue aimed at advancing to a principle of understanding eleven months after the parity”. The Chief of the APLA, Pablo Biró, and of UALA, Cristian Erhardt, had been called urgently by the Secretary of Labor, Lucas Fernández Aparicio. Trade union organizations and labor officials resumed negotiations after intense discussions. The Government of Argentina will need to agree on a viable proposal for pilots against the need to avoid a new latent strike.

El MTC de Perú ha otorgado permisos de operación a Perú Pacific Airlines y Aerolíneas Estelar

El Ministerio de Transportes y Comunicaciones (MTC) de la Repúbllica de Perú otorgó a las empresas Perú Pacific Airlines (Perú) y Aerolíneas Estelar (Venezuela) los permisos de operación de aviación comercial para el transporte aéreo no regular nacional de pasajeros, carga y correo a nivel nacional. Las empresas contarán con un plazo de 4 años para realizar el servicio de transporte aéreo no regular de pasajeros, carga y correo a nivel nacional. Los permisos de ambas aerolíneaas fueron oficializados mediante resoluciones directorales Nº 608-2019-MTC/12 y Nº 683-2019-MTC/12.

Desembarco mercado peruano

Las compañías podrán ofrecer sus servicios por el plazo de cuatro años contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de las resoluciones. Los permisos de operación tienen carácter administrativo, por lo que para realizar sus operaciones aéreas las nuevasa líneas aéreas Perú Pacific Airlines y Aerolíneas Estelar deberán contar con el Certificado de Explotador (AOC) correspondiente, así como sus Especificaciones Técnicas de Operación, de acuerdo a los procedimientos que establece la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC), debiendo acreditar en dicho proceso su capacidad legal, técnica y económico-financiera.

Perú Pacific Airlines tendrá su base de operaciones en el Aeropuerto de Chiclayo, con una sub-base en el Aeropuerto de Tacna. La red de servicios se extenderá en los departamentos de Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima-Callao, Loreto, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes y Ucayali. Por parte de Aerolíneas Estelar tendrá como base de operaciones al Aeropuerto Internacional Jorge Chávez. Su red en Perú abarca Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima/Callao, Loreto, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Pasco, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes y Ucayali.

Ambas compañías iniciarán el proceso de certificación en el plazo de seis meses contados a partir de la fecha de expedición de las resoluciones directorales, de conformidad a lo establecido en la Regulación Aeronáutica del Perú, RAP 119, para el otorgamiento del Certificado de Operador Aéreo (AOC) respectivos.

 

 

 

New airlines disembark in Peru

Peru’s MTC has granted operating permits to Perú Pacific Airlines and Estelar Airlines

The Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MTC) of the Republic of Peru granted the companies Perú Pacific Airlines (Perú) and Aerolíneas Estelar (Venezuela) the commercial aviation operation permits for the national non-regular air transport of passengers, cargo and mail at the national level. The companies will have a term of 4 years to perform the service of non-regular air transport of passengers, cargo and mail nationwide. The permits of both airlines were formalized by direct resolutions No. 608-2019-MTC/12 and No. 683-2019-MTC/12.

Landing Peruvian market

Companies may offer their services for a period of four years from the day following the publication of resolutions. The operating permits are administrative in nature, so in order to carry out their air operations, the new Perú Pacific Airlines and Aerolíneas Estelar airlines must have the corresponding Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC), as well as their Technical Operating Specifications, according to the procedures established by the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (DGAC), and must accredit in this process its legal, technical and economic-financial capacity.

Perú Pacific Airlines will have its base of operations at Chiclayo Airport, with a sub-base at Tacna Airport. The network of services will be extended in the departments of Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima-Callao, Loreto, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes, and Ucayali. On the part of Aerolineas Estelar will have as its base of operations the Jorge Chavez International Airport. Its network in Peru includes Amazonas, Áncash, Apurímac, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Cajamarca, Cusco, Huánuco, Ica, Junín, La Libertad, Lambayeque, Lima/Callao, Loreto, Madre de Dios, Moquegua, Pasco, Piura, Puno, San Martín, Tacna, Tumbes, and Ucayali.

Both companies will begin the certification process within six months from the date of issuance of the directive resolutions, in accordance with the provisions of the Peruvian Aeronautical Regulation, RAP 119, for the granting of the Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) respective.
