Aerolíneas Argentinas presenta Plan Estratégico a cinco años

Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral Líneas Aéreas han presentado el Plan Estratégico a cinco años para aumentar la productividad de la compañía. El CEO de la aerolínea Pablo Ceriani ha comunicado el anuncio de tres nuevas rutas y más de cuarenta frecuencias semanales que implican un aumento en la oferta que proviene de las eficiencias, la productividad y los ahorros que se generaron para que la compañía inicie un plan estratégico para los próximos cinco años.

El nuevo CEO de Aerolíneas ha asumido en sus funciones en Diciembre 2020 como Presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas/Austral Líneas Aéreas, es Licenciado en Economía y durante la anterior gestión de Mariano Recalde al frente de la línea aérea de bandera ocupo el cargo de Vicepresidente y CFO (Gerente del área económico-financiera).

Mejora doméstica/regional

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha diagramado un nuevo enfoque a las rutas del grupo para integrar mas al país y ser más competitiva frente al mercado low cost, «introduciendo una mejora en la red de cabotaje que implica un aumento en la oferta que proviene de las eficiencias y los ahorros que generamos, y en la mayor productividad por utilizar recursos que estaban siendo utilizados en otros destinos», expresa Pablo Ceriani. Varias aeronaves han sido reprogramadas del mercado internacional al mercado doméstico generando una mayor oferta de destinos. La regionalización de Aeroparque a partir de Marzo 2020 generará eficiencias y más recursos disponibles para las cuarentas nuevas frecuencias y tres nuevas rutas en el mercado de cabotaje.

La compañía a apuntado a rutas de destinos que son turísticos como por ejemplo los vuelos Bariloche-San Pablo y Bariloche-Mendoza, como potenciar y alcanzar dos vuelos diarios a todas las provincias. En aquellas provincias en las que la aerolínea no a llegado a tener dos vuelos diarios, el objetivo es desarrollar vuelos a la mañana y a la noche. Aerolíneas tiene como objetivo alcanzar el plan de nuevos servicios domésticos en un plazo de alrededor de un años vista.

Ampliación flota

Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral Líneas Aéreas incluirán la incorporación de más aeronaves para el 2021. «Necesitamos más flota y eso lo vamos a ir teniendo el año próximo porque esperamos contar con los 737 MAX que van a empezar a operar entre mediados y fines de este año. Ahí tenemos cinco aviones más, y hay 12 aviones Max que van a ir ingresando paulatinamente en los próximos años», expresa el CEO Pablo Ceriani.

Con respecto a la flota de Boeing 737-8 MAX (5), desde el punto de vista técnico el tema estaría resuelto las aprobaciones pertinentes de recertificación por medio de las autoridades aeronáuticas de distintas partes del mundo como la FAA, EASA, CAAC de China, entre muchas otras.

Perspectivas en Aerolíneas

Pablo Ceriani expresa que están trabajando para poder presentar este año el Plan Estratégico para los próximos cinco años para tener definiciones más concretas en materia de flota. Aerolíneas/Austral potenciarán los vuelos intertramos que representan destinos muy atractivos.

Hacia el futuro, Aerolíneas/Austral continuarán brindando el mejor servicio a más destinos domésticos persiguiendo la productividad para alcanzar los objetivos de volver rentable al grupo, buscando con el tiempo que el tráfico madure y genere rentabilidad. En las rutas internacionales, «la idea es invertir fuertemente para ofrecer un producto importante en lo que son las rutas internacionales porque son las que nos permiten traer turistas del exterior, que son importantes para el desarrollo argentino, que alimentan también la red de cabotaje y el desarrollo turístico del país, y conectan a su vez el país con el mundo. Justamente lo que estamos haciendo es revertir lo que había hecho la gestión anterior, que fue retirar los dos Airbus A340 que teníamos y no reemplazarlos. Nosotros los vamos a reemplazar por Airbus A330 en el transcurso de este año, y vamos a reemplazar otros cuatro Airbus A330 que vencen entre el año próximo y el siguiente. Estamos estudiando cuál sería el módulo más adecuado para ese reemplazo, pero seguramente va a estar en la familia de los 330».

Aerolíneas Argentinas necesitará a corto plazo el reemplazo del parque aeronáutico tanto de cabotaje como internacional. La compañía está analizando el reemplazo total de la flota Airbus A340-200/300 por aeronaves twinjet A330-200, o hacia el futuro una proyección de adquirir A330-800NEO o A350-900 para actualizar y modernizar la flota de largo recorrido. En el mercado de cabotaje, continuará con la selección de más aeronaves Boeing 737-8 MAX en reemplazo de los 737 Next Generation hasta tanto se defina el problema de recertificación de la cuarta generación de las aeronaves estadounidenses. En el mercado de tercer nivel, Austral Líneas Aéreas continuará con el programa de reemplazo de los aviones Embraer E190-100AR (E1) analizando sustituirlos por la segunda generación de Embraer E190-E2/E195-E2 que representan unidades más nuevas, más económicas y con mayores prestaciones para rutas con aumento en la demanda de tráfico.

With regard to the Boeing 737-8 MAX (5) fleet, from a technical point of view, the issue would be resolved by the relevant recertification approvals through the aeronautical authorities of different parts of the world such as the FAA, EASA, CAAC of China, among many others.

Perspectives in Aerolíneas

Aerolíneas Argentinas will need, in the short term, the replacement of the aeronautical park, both cabotage and international. Aerolíneas is analyzing the total replacement of the Airbus A340-200/300 fleet with twinjet A330-200 aircraft or towards the future a projection of acquiring A330-800NEO or A350-900 to update and modernize the long fleet travel. In the cabotage market, it will continue with the selection of more Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft in replacement of the 737 Next Generation until the recertification problem of the fourth generation of US aircraft is defined. In the third level market, Austral Líneas Aéreas will continue with the replacement program for Embraer E190-100AR (E1) airplanes by analyzing replacing them with the second generation of Embraer E190-E2/E195-E2 representing newer, cheaper and more efficient units. with greater benefits for routes with increased traffic demand.
