La dura lucha entre la conducción de la empresa de bandera y sus pilotos pudo finalizar con el consenso de las dos partes

El pasado 25 de noviembre, la asamblea de la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) aprobó por unanimidad el preacuerdo que la conducción había firmando con la titular de la empresa Aerolíneas Argentinas, Isela Costantini, esa misma madrugada, en el marco de las negociaciones paritarias. De esta forma, el aumento será del 35 por ciento por un año (retroactivo a septiembre) e incluirá condiciones similares a los acuerdos sellados por el resto de los gremios del sector.

Tras el acuerdo, que finalmente destrabó un conflicto salarial comenzado en septiembre, además se garantizó el servicio aéreo durante las vacaciones.

“Este es un acuerdo histórico porque fue firmado por APLA y UALA (Unión de Aviadores de Líneas Aéreas, que agrupa a los pilotos de Austral), dos gremios que durante muchos años tuvimos diferencias y que desde hace tiempo venimos trabajando por una misma senda. sino cerraba APLA, no cerraba UALA y viceversa”, remarcó el Secretario General de APLA, Pablo Biró.

La Asociación de Pilotos se encontraba en “estado de alerta” tras lo dispuesto por una masiva asamblea de sus asociados que se llevó a cabo el pasado 28 de octubre, donde además se avaló todo lo actuado por la Comisión Directiva y la Comisión Paritaria en la negociación con Aerolíneas Argentinas por la recomposición salarial.

Cabe recordar que los desencuentros entre la empresa y APLA tuvieron un fuerte voltaje, ya que en su momento hasta el propio presidente Mauricio Macri se involucró cuando le reclamó “responsabilidad” a la dirigencia gremial y sostuvo que “Aerolíneas nos cuesta dos jardines de infantes por semana”.

Esa asamblea, de la que participaron más de 300 pilotos, también repudió “informaciones periodísticas, que pretendieron dar la falsa imagen de divisiones o internas en la comunidad de pilotos, la que está unida y sindicalmente disciplinada, y en total armonía con sus directivos, en la lucha por un salario justo y condiciones dignas de trabajo”, señalaba APLA en un comunicado de prensa dado a conocer en esa fecha.

Los restantes gremios como la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA), la Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA) y la Asociación del Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA), ya habían llegado a acuerdos salariales en los últimos días.
