Aerolínea Airbox Cargo iniciará ops en Diciembre 2017

Airbox Cargo ha recibido el ATR 72-500 con capacidad para transportar hasta 20,000 libras, y ofrecerá nuevas oportunidades al productor local incrementando sus niveles de competitividad al reducir costos de transporte, ya que no tendrán que contratar aviones de carga no registrados en el país.

La compañía está construyendo un almacén de depósitos propios certificado por la International Air Transport Association (IATA) para la gestión de la cadena de frío y productos farmacéuticos.

Esto, sin lugar a dudas, contribuirá a intensificar el comercio internacional de productos locales con la conveniencia de este aeropuerto ubicado a tan solo unos 20 minutos de la ciudad, reduciendo significativamente el tiempo de entrega.

La nueva empresa aérea de carga dará inicio a sus operaciones en la primera semana de Diciembre 2017 desde el HUB en el Aeropuerto Internacional La Isabela Joaquín Balaguer (JBQ) de República Dominicana, cuenta con el apoyo financiero del Banco del Progreso.

Airbox Cargo has received the ATR 72-500 with capacity to transport up to 20,000 pounds, and will offer new opportunities to the local producer increasing their levels of competitiveness by reducing transportation costs, since they will not have to contract cargo planes not registered in the country.

The company is building a warehouse of its own warehouses certified by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) for the management of the cold chain and pharmaceutical products.

This, without a doubt, will contribute to intensify the international trade of local products with the convenience of this airport located just 20 minutes from the city, significantly reducing the delivery time.
