Las islas del Archipiélago de las Canarias está experimentando una revolución en la aviación regional

Con la llegada de del nuevo competidor Air Europa como aerolínea regional las Islas Canarias está atravesando un período de expansión aérea. Binter Canarias era la aerolínea que dominaba el mercado aéreo interinsular. Posteriormente Canaryfly, la otra aerolínea de transporte entre las islas está manteniendo una cuota de mercado modesta, aun cuando el mercado parecía completar la demanda.

El escenario ha cambiado ha prontamente el mercado duopolio en Canarias desde que la firma aeronáutica Globalia aterrizara a finales de octubre 2017 con su flota de Air Europa.

Por otro lado, las compañías aéreas canarias Binter y Canaryfly han formalizado un acuerdo compartido de colaboración por el que se comprometen a tramitar el cambio de vuelo de una a otra aerolínea, sin costes ni penalizaciones para el usuario, con el fin de que sus clientes ganen en flexibilidad y servicio al beneficiarse de la multitud de vuelos que ambas suman de forma diaria entre las islas. Este acuerdo solo se aplicará a los pasajeros que hayan comprado una tarifa completa en ambas aerolíneas.

Binter Canarias y Canaryfly se alían para mejorar su posicionamiento en el mercado con la entrada de un nuevo operador al archipiélago, mejorar las opciones de sus clientes y favorecer la conectividad entre las islas.

With the arrival of the new competitor Air Europa as a regional airline, the Canary Islands is going through a period of aerial expansion. Binter Canarias was the airline that dominated the inter-island air market. On the other hand, the Canarian airlines Binter and Canaryfly have formalized a shared collaboration agreement whereby they commit to process the change of flight from one airline to another, without costs or penalties for the user, so that their customers gain in flexibility and service by benefiting from the multitude of flights that both add daily between the islands. This agreement will only apply to passengers who have purchased a full fare on both airlines.
