Los datos de calidad de servicio aéreo según datos de la ANAC Argentina
La ANAC Argentina ha informado estadísticas oficiales del ranking de calidad de servicios aéreos según el Sistema de Reclamos de Usuarios, correspondientes desde Agosto 2017-Agosto 2018. Los reclamos fueron generados por unos 2.204 personas que, desde agosto del año pasado, reclamaron ante la ANAC (Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil) por vuelos de 29 compañías aéreas.
Aerolíneas Argentinas registró un 5,9% de reclamos de sus pasajeros. La low cost Flybondi Líneas Aéreas con un 6%, iniciando sus operaciones a principio de año. Latam Airlines Argentina, 16%, rankea el tope de los reclamos, mientras que su socia Latam Airlines obtuvo unos 329 reclamos. Andes Líneas Aéreas tuvo 247 y United Airlines, 194 reclamos.
La estadística, que abarca desde el 1 de agosto de 2017 cuando comenzó a funcionar el Sistema de Reclamos de Usuarios, fue detallada por el Jefe de Gabinete, Marcos Peña.
