United Airlines recibió su primer Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner

United Airlines ha tomando entrega del primer Boeing 787-10 convirtiéndose en la primera aerolínea norteamericana en tomar posesión de la variante más larga del Boeing 787 Dreamliners. Ha marcado otro hito en la aviación comercial siendo la primera aerolínea del mundo en tener las tres variantes 787-8 y 787-9 y recientemente 787-10 la serie más nueva del Dreamliners.

«El 787-10 es una excelente adición a la flota de United. Ofrece una eficiencia de combustible superior al tiempo que brinda una experiencia más cómoda para el cliente a bordo que permite a los pasajeros llegar a sus destinos sintiéndose más frescos», dijo Gerry Laderman, Director Financiero de United Airlines. La aeronave tuvo la ceremonia de entrega en las instalaciones del centro de Boeing en North Charleston, Estado de Carolina del Sur.

Singapore Airlines se convirtió en la primer aerolínea en el mundo en recibir el Boeing 787-10, recibiendo su primera versión del avión en una ceremonia en la línea de ensamblaje de Boeing en Carolina del Sur en Marzo 2018.

El Boeing 787-10 es 18 pies más largo que el 787-9, lo que le permite albergar más pasajeros y carga que otras versiones. United Airlines configurará sus Boeing 787-10 para acomodar 274 asientos: 44 Clase Ejecutiva y 21 Clase Premium Plus de estilo internacional, 54 asientos Premium Economy con espacio extra para las piernas y 199 en Economy Standard.

United Airlines ha ordenado un total de 14 Boeing 787-10’s para incorporar a su flota de largo alcance. Volará el avión lejos desde las instalaciones de Boeing hoy Martes, cuando la aerolínea comenzará los preparativos para introducir el avión a su programación de vuelos. La aerolínea tiene planificada incorporar al Boeing 787-10 para iniciar operaciones comerciales el 7 Enero 2019, desde los HUB de la aerolínea en Los Ángeles y Newark-Liberty.

United Airlines received its first Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner

United Airlines has taken delivery of the first Boeing 787-10 becoming the first North American airline to take possession of the longest variant of the Boeing 787 Dreamliners. It has marked another milestone in commercial aviation being the first airline in the world to have the three variants 787-8 and 787-9 and recently 787-10 the newest series of the Dreamliners.

«The 787-10 is an excellent addition to the United fleet, offering superior fuel efficiency while providing a more comfortable on-board customer experience that allows passengers to reach their destinations feeling cooler», said Gerry. Laderman, Financial Director of United Airlines. The aircraft had the delivery ceremony at the facilities of the Boeing Center in North Charleston, State of South Carolina.

Singapore Airlines became the first airline in the world to receive the Boeing 787-10, receiving its first version of the plane at a ceremony on the Boeing assembly line in South Carolina in March 2018.

The Boeing 787-10 is 18 feet longer than the 787-9, which allows it to accommodate more passengers and cargo than other versions. United Airlines will configure its Boeing 787-10 to accommodate 274 seats: 44 Executive Class and 21 International-class Premium Plus Class, 54 Premium Economy seats with extra legroom and 199 in Economy Standard.

United Airlines has ordered a total of 14 Boeing 787-10’s to incorporate its long-range fleet. The plane will fly away from the Boeing facility today Tuesday, when the airline will begin preparations to introduce the aircraft to its flight schedule. The airline plans to incorporate the Boeing 787-10 to start commercial operations on January 7, 2019, from the airlines HUB in Los Angeles and Newark-Liberty. A \ W
