Sindicato de Latam Airlines efectuaron paro este viernes en reclamo de mejoras salariales
Latam Airlines, la mayor aerolínea de América Latina, comenzó una huelga legal a las 00.00 hora local de este viernes. El Sindicato Interempresa Nacional de Trabajadores de Latam Airlines (SINLATAM), ha iniciado huelga de 270 trabajadores.
Según el Sindicato ha comunicado que el reclamo en el convenio colectivo firmado con la aerolínea están las mejoras salariales y de condiciones de trabajo, como la movilización y evitar turnos de noche para mujeres que son madres. Latam Airlines informó que la movilización no producirá «alteraciones de itinerario de vuelos programados por esta eventual huelga».
La huelga es la segunda gran paralización que enfrente LATAM Airlines este año. En Abril 2018, los 1.000 miembros del sindicato de tripulantes de cabina de LAN Express, filial chilena de Latam Airlines, realizaron una huelga que obligó a la cancelación de unos 2.000 vuelos en Chile y algunas rutas regionales, afectando a unos 350.000 pasajeros.
