Royal Class inicia operaciones como aerolínea regular en Argentina
La Justicia de Argentina ordenó al Ministerio de Transporte otorgar a Royal Class las rutas aéreas obtenidas en la Audiencia Pública de 2017. El Juzgado Federal en lo Contencioso Administrativo Nº9 falló a favor de Royal Class. Después de dos años de tramitaciones para el otorgamiento de las licencias exploratorias y dilataciones incomprensibles del Gobierno Nacional, la firma de aviones taxis y vuelos privados finalmente comenzará a operar las rutas domésticas obtenidas en la Audiencia Pública de Rutas Aéreas de 2017.
El Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo Federal 9 falló a su favor y ordenó al Ministerio de Transporte cumplir con la ley y otorgar a la compañía las rutas aéreas ya aprobadas por la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) y la Junta Asesora del Transporte Aéreo (JATA), demostrando el justo reclamo que Royal Class venía sosteniendo. Desde 2017 Royal Class tiene la autorización para cumplir con su plan de operar diez rutas domésticas en forma regular y transformarse en una aerolínea comercial. A pesar de las postergaciones reiteradas la empresa nunca pudo iniciar los trámites correspondientes en el Ministerio de Transporte.
El fallo judicial actual ordena que en un plazo máximo de 10 días, la cartera comandada por Guillermo Dietrich realice las tareas administrativas correspondientes y autorice a la compañía a volar rutas locales desde Buenos Aires hacia algunos destinos a los que no llegan las grandes empresas del sector a través de aviones pequeños, de no más de 20 pasajeros. Con esta resolución favorable de la Justicia, proyecta ampliar ese mercado. La compañía aérea recibiría dentro de los plazos ordenados por la justicia los nuevos CESA (Certificado de Explotador de Servicios Aéreos) requeridos para iniciar la actividad comercial en los próximos meses.

En la actualidad Royal Class funciona como compañía de vuelos privados y business, con una participación del 46% en ese negocio en Argentina. Su sede está en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery de Buenos Aires, donde tiene su propio hangar con capacidad para 12 aeronaves.
Entre las rutas o destinos a explotar según la audiencia de 2017 figuran ciudades como Villa Gesell, Santa Rosa, San Rafael, Sunchales, Reconquista, Villa María, Tandil y Punta del Este.
