Somon Air de Tayikistán ordena dos aviones Embraer E190-E2

Somon Air ha firmado un Memorando de Entendimiento (MoU) para el arrendamiento de dos aeronaves Embraer E190-E2 de VTB Leasing de Federación Rusia. El Jueves 21/11 se ha rubricado el contrato de arrendamiento entre la aerolínea privada más grande de la Rpública de Tayikistán, Somon Air y VTB Leasing, una subsidiaria del Grupo VTB. El nuevo contrato de arrendamiento marca un importante paso adelante para Somon Air, que actualmente opera una flota de solo seis aviones.

Los dos Embaer E190-E2 arrendados serán la primera incorporación de cualquier avión que no sea Boeing a la flota de Somon Air desde que la aerolínea comenzó a operar en 2008. Somon Air podría reemplazar los Boeing 737-300 por las nuevas aeronaves Embraer E190-E2. Además posee en su flota Boeing 737-800/900.

Un giro repentino habría cambiado la flota todo Boeing, planteando preguntas sobre por qué la aerolínea ha optado la desición de adquirir aeronaves regionales. E-Jets

Somon Air has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the lease of two Embraer E190-E2 aircraft of VTB Leasing of Russian Federation. On Thursday 21/11, the lease agreement was signed between the largest private airline in the Republic of Tajikistan, Somon Air and VTB Leasing, a subsidiary of the VTB Group. The new lease agreement marks an important step forward for Somon Air, which currently operates a fleet of only six aircraft.

The two leased Embraer E190-E2 will be the first addition of any non-Boeing aircraft to the Somon Air fleet since the airline began operating in 2008. Somon Air could replace the Boeing 737-300 with the new Embraer E190- aircraft E2 It also has in its fleet Boeing 737-800/900.

A sudden turn would have changed the entire Boeing fleet, raising questions about why the airline has chosen the decision to acquire regional aircraft. In July 2019, Somon Air canceled its lease agreement for a Boeing 737-8 MAX. E-jets
