LADE planifica retorno actividad hacia 2021

LADE Líneas Aéreas ha anunciado en un comunicado que para el 2021 tiene proyectado incorporar más aeronaves a su flota como parte de la reactivación de los servicios en el Región Patagonia. La aerolínea más antigua de Argentina ampliará su flota aérea con siete aeronaves adicionales para recuperar la conexión de los grandes centros urbanos con localidades desestimadas por las aerolíneas comerciales. Previo a la suspensión por la pandemia, la aerolínea realizaba viajes a Río Gallegos, Río Grande y Ushuaia con dos salidas semanales desde Comodoro Rivadavia. La línea aérea LADE es una compañía de fomento dependiente de la Fuerza Aérea Argentina enfocada en los servicios a destinos aislados de en el sur del país.

Destinos

En Marzo 2020, antes del comienzo del aislamiento por la pandemia, LADE contaba con vuelos desde Comodoro a Río Mayo, Perito Moreno y Puerto San Julián. En el comunicado publicado este Miércoles 07/10, adelantaron que buscarán reestablecer la conexión entre localidades como Río Gallegos, Río Grande, El Calafate, 28 de Noviembre, entre otras de la Patagonia Sur.

Flota

Dentro del proceso de incorporación de flota se encuentran tres Fokker F28 Mk-1000 y cuatro SAAB 340, aeronaves de línea que actualmente ha operado la compañía. El objetivo es reestablecer las rutas desde Buenos Aires hacia la Patagonia, incluida Tierra del Fuego. Trasladarán las operaciones de las aeronaves Twin Otter de Comodoro Rivadavia a Río Gallegos, una decisión tomada en plena coordinación con las Secretarias de Turismo de Santa Cruz y Tierra del Fuego.

Perspectivas LADE

La reactivación de la empresa LADE tiene por objetivo poner en marcha un corredor aéreo en esta zona del país. “A poco de cumplirse 80 años de su primer vuelo, Líneas Aéreas del Estado resulta más necesaria que nunca para conectar a quienes vivimos en los rincones más australes del país”, expresaron los directivos en su aniversario.

Las largas distancias que se deben recorrer para transitar de una ciudad a otra, las dificultades vinculadas al relieve y al clima que determinan la dependencia en parte de la región, la necesidad de cruzar fronteras para arribar al continente desde la Isla de Tierra del Fuego y la necesidad de que los traslados de personas se realicen en la forma más directa posible para minimizar los contactos, son algunos de los fundamentos de la iniciativa. La región cuenta con una gran cantidad de actividades económicas compartidas, cuyo potencial podría aumentar de manera significativa con nuevos corredores aéreos dentro de la Patagonia. Los hidrocarburos, la generación de energía, la industria y el turismo son parte de los perfiles de especialización de las distintas ciudades del sur del país, mejores conexiones significan, en consecuencia, mejores oportunidades de desarrollo, son razones para que LADE Líneas Aéreas continúe prestando un incalculable servicio aéreo y soberano.
