Gobierno analiza incorporar nueva aeronave Presidencial
El Gobierno de la República Argentina ha anunciado el interés de renovar su unidad de aeronave Presidencial. La Casa Rosada estima que en tres meses pueda concluir la licitación internacional, que prevé la entrega del Tango 01 (Boeing 757-200VIP) en parte de pago. De ocho unidades pre-seleccionadas por la OACI, quedarán dos que competirán por precio y tecnología.
El Gobierno ha vuelto a a alquilar un avión de Aerolíneas Argentinas para el traslado del Presidente Alberto Fernández y su comitiva a Los Ángeles para participar de la Cumbre de Las Américas, una operación que deberá replicar a fin de mes por el viaje previsto a Alemania por el G7 y en Julio 2022, por la reunión bilateral con Joe Biden en Washington, Estados Unidos.
En Casa Rosada esperan que para Septiembre 2022 pueda concluir la licitación internacional para adquirir una nueva aeronave Presidencial, que prevé la entrega del Tango 01 en parte de pago, y que actualmente tiene a ocho oferentes para cubrir dicha vacante. El Gobierno pretende incluir como parte del pago a la unidad usada por Presidencia, un Boeing 757-200VIP, la misma marca que en 1992 había adquirido la Administración de Carlos S. Menem. La adquisición de otra aeronave de reemplazo actualizada permitirá cumplir con los requisitos técnicos requeridos por la Dirección de Logística de la Secretaría General de la Presidencia. Este organismo en principio había intentado reparar la histórica nave pero en Abril 2022 sorprendió al pedir a la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), un organismo de Naciones Unidas, que llame a licitación internacional para llevar a cabo un plan canje que permita renovar la flota aérea Presidencial. El argumento principal fue el económico, la restauración del Tango 01 hubiera costado entre US$ 10 a 15 millones de Dólares, pero también el proceso demandaba una complicación logística. El valor de la compra de una aeronave más moderna que deberá pagar el Estado nacional se desconoce actualmente, pero que deberá contar con tecnología de avanzada para permitir aterrizar en forma automática, permitir operaciones en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery/AEP.
Pese a la crisis económica y el ajuste de las cuentas fiscales que pide el Fondo Monetario Internacional (FMI), en el Gobierno justifican la dimensión de la inversión en que el Tesoro pierde dinero con cada gira al exterior del Jefe de Estado. Incluso los vuelos arrendados de Aerolíneas Argentinas deben abonarse mediante un procedimiento administrativo, con una tarifa que cuesta entre US$ 200 mil a 300 mil Dólares, según el destino realizado. Durante la Administración de Mauricio Macri se gastaron más de US$ 4 millones de Dólares en la contratación de chárters privados para realizar vuelos gubernamentales. Ahora, buscarán acordar el proceso de compra de la nueva aeronave Presidencial por parte de la OACI.
La flota Presidencial de Argentina está compuesta por el Tango 01, Tango 04, Tango 10 y el Tango 11, dependientes de la Fuerza Aérea Argentina.
