Boeing informa resultados del tercer trimestre
Reanudó 787 entregas y entregó 9 aviones
The Boeing Company ha anunciado el Reporte de su Tercer Trimestre (3Q2022). El Report 3Q2022 expresa que reportó ingresos en el tercer trimestre de US$ 16,000 millones de Dólares, una pérdida por acción GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) de US$ 5,49 y una pérdida por acción básica no GAAP de US$ 6,18. Los resultados del tercer trimestre reflejan un mayor volumen comercial y pérdidas en los programas de desarrollo de defensa de precio fijo (Tabla 1). Boeing generó un flujo de caja operativo de US$ 3.200 millones de Dólares.
“Seguimos dando pasos importantes en nuestro cambio y nos mantenemos enfocados en nuestro desempeño. Generamos efectivo fuerte en el trimestre y estamos en un camino sólido para lograr un flujo de efectivo libre positivo para 2022. Al mismo tiempo, los ingresos y las ganancias se vieron significativamente afectados por las pérdidas en nuestros programas de desarrollo de defensa de precio fijo. Estamos totalmente enfocados en la maduración de estos programas, la mitigación de riesgos y el cumplimiento de nuestros clientes y sus importantes misiones. Seguimos en un entorno desafiante y tenemos más trabajo por delante para impulsar la estabilidad, mejorar nuestro desempeño y garantizar que cumplamos constantemente con nuestros compromisos. The Boeing Company has announced its Third Quarter Report (3Q2022). The 3Q2022 Report states that it reported revenue in the third quarter of US$ 16,000 million Dollars, a GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) loss per share of US$ 5.49 and a basic non-GAAP loss per share of US$ 6.18. Third quarter results reflect higher trade volume and losses in fixed-price defense development programs (Table 1). Boeing generated an operating cash flow of US$3.2 billion.
“We continue to make significant strides in our turnaround and remain focused on our performance. We generated strong cash in the quarter and are on a solid path to being free cash flow positive by 2022. At the same time, revenue and earnings were significantly impacted by losses in our fixed-price defense development programs We are fully focused on maturing these programs, mitigating risk, and meeting our customers and their important missions We remain in a challenging environment and have more work ahead to drive stability, improve our performance and ensure we consistently deliver on our commitments. Despite the challenges, I’m proud of our team and the progress we’ve made to strengthen our company”, said Dave Calhoun, President and CEO from Boeing.
