Uzbekistan Airways encarga 12 aviones familia A320NEO

Uzbekistan Airways, la aerolínea nacional de la República de Uzbekistán, ha realizado un pedido en firme a Airbus Group de doce aviones de la familia A320NEO, ocho A320NEO (8) y cuatro A321NEO (4). Las nuevas aeronaves se unirán a la flota actual de la aerolínea de diecisiete aviones de la familia Airbus A320. La elección de los motores será realizada por la aerolínea en una etapa posterior. El avión de la familia A320NEO contará con la nueva cabina de Airbus Airspace, que aportará un confort superior al mercado de pasillo único. La aerolínea planea operar su nuevo avión para desarrollar aún más su red de rutas nacionales e internacionales.

“El contrato suscrito con Airbus es un nuevo paso en nuestra estrategia de modernización de flota encaminada a ofrecer a nuestros pasajeros las aeronaves más modernas y confortables. Al mismo tiempo, estos nuevos aviones de la familia A320NEO, que ahorran combustible, nos ayudarán a expandir y fortalecer aún más nuestra presencia en Asia Central, así como a desarrollar nuestra red nacional e internacional”, dijo Ilhom Makhkamov, Presidente del Directorio de Uzbekistan Airways.

Uzbekistan Airways, the national airline of the Republic of Uzbekistan, has made a firm order to Airbus Group of twelve airplanes of the A320NEO family, eight A320NEO (8) and four A321NEO (4). The new aircraft will join the current fleet of the seventeen airline airlines of the Airbus A320 family. The choice of engines will be made by the airline at a later stage. The A320NEO family aircraft will have the new Airbus Airspace cabin, which will contribute a comfort superior to the single corridor market.
