El turoperador holandés Corendon Vliegvakanties y la agencia receptiva W2M (World2Meet) esperan transportar a 30.000 turistas desde los Países Bajos hasta Ibiza durante la temporada de verano 2016.
Del 4 de mayo al 31 de octubre, la compañía Corendon Dutch Airlines conectará, mediante un mínimo de tres vuelos semanales los miércoles, viernes y sábados, la isla de Ibiza con Holanda y Bélgica.
El pasado miércoles a las 13:20 horas aterrizó el primer vuelo de Corendon Dutch Airlines en el aeropuerto de Ibiza con los primeros turistas holandeses, que fueron recibidos por Ángel Guerrero, director de W2M Ibiza, Tom Peeters, director regional de Baleares de W2M, así como por Marta Díaz, vicepresidenta segunda del Consell Insular d’Eivissa, quienes les obsequiaron con productos locales.
Apuesta por Baleares
Con la puesta en marcha de esta línea regular, Corendon demuestra su firme apuesta por las islas Baleares como destino turístico. En el año 2014 empezaron ofreciendo el destino Mallorca con dos vuelos semanales de abril a octubre, que se han aumentado a siete vuelos semanales durante esta temporada 2016.
