Air New Zealand está desplegando el Dreamliner en su Auckland a Buenos Aires ruta. La aerolínea anunció que comenzaría a volar el Boeing 787-9 de la capital de Argentina del 30 de octubre.

El Boeing 777-200 actualmente opera tres servicios de retorno a la semana en la ruta. Air New Zealand también intensificará la frecuencia durante el período pico de verano, que ofrece un servicio semanal adicional entre Auckland y Buenos Aires desde 12 diciembre 2016 hasta 27 febrero 2017. En un comunicado, la aerolínea dijo que la demanda de los servicios ha ido «viento en popa» desde su lanzamiento en diciembre de 2015.

El director de ventas y comercial Cam Wallace dijo que la nueva ruta había abierto las puertas a los argentinos que visitan Nueva Zelanda, así como los kiwis y los australianos que deseen explorar Buenos Aires y América del Sur.

Air New Zealand to introduce 787-9 Dreamliner on Buenos Aires route

Air New Zealand is deploying the Dreamliner on its Auckland to Buenos Aires route. The airline announced it would begin flying the Boeing 787-9 to the capital city of Argentina from October 30.

The Boeing 777-200 currently operates three return services a week on the route. Air New Zealand will also step up frequency over the peak summer period, offering an additional weekly service between Auckland and Buenos Aires from December 12, 2016 to February 27, 2017.

In a statement, the airline said demand for the services had gone «from strength to strength» since launching in December 2015. Chief sales and commercial officer Cam Wallace said the new route had opened doors to Argentineans visiting New Zealand, as well as Kiwis and Australians looking to explore Buenos Aires and South America.

«Forward bookings originating from both New Zealand and Australia, and Argentina, are looking very positive and the additional peak season service will give customers more flexibility,» he said.
