Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company y SuperJet International han hecho entrega a la aerolínea irlandesa CityJet del primero de 15 SSJ100.
CityJet se ha convertido en el primer usuario europeo del Sukhoi Superjet 100 al recibir en Venecia el primero de 15 aviones pedidos en firme a través de empresas de leasing, además de tener opciones sobre otros 16. Estos aviones sustituirán a los BAe 146 y AVRO RJ que forman su flota actual.
CityJet recibirá otros dos SSJ100 más en 2016. La compañía ha elegido una configuración de98 asientos (diseñados por Pininfarina) en configuración 3-2 y con una separación de 32 pulgadas.
Cityjet fue fundada en 1993 y su principal base es el aeropuerto London City. Además de los citados BAE/AVRO, opera ocho Bombardier CRJ900 para SAS con colores de esta compañía.

Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company and SuperJet International have been delivered to the Irish airline CityJet the first of 15 SSJ100.
