EL Gobierno creará un ranking de puntualidad de aerolíneas, «a efectos de brindar infrormación adicional al usuario» a la hora de comprar el pasaje de avión.
La Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) instruyó a la Dirección Nacional de Transporte Aéreo a publicar ese ranking en seis meses, según la resolución 445/2016 publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial. El ranking se publicará en las web de la ANAC y del Ministerio de Turismo, según se informó.
La resolución también deroga el sistema de penalización que rige hasta hoy para las aerolíneas impuntuales, que establece multas ante demoras de más de treinta minutos. «Lejos de lograr mostrar mejoras en los niveles de cumplimiento, ha desnudado la esterilidad del sistema infraccional», argumentó la ANAC.
«Tanto a nivel regional como en los países de la Comunidad Europea, al igual que en los Estados Unidos de América, (el sistema) muestra una fuerte tendencia hacia la despenalización de las demoras como acción típica achacable a los transportadores, implementando en su lugar regímenes de mayor flexibilidad y menor rigor sancionatorio, los cuales se centran adecuadamente en la persona del usuario», prosiguió.
En cambio, la ANAC sancionará a las aerolíneas «en caso que se detecte que ante la producción de la demora la línea aérea no dé efectivo cumplimiento con la prestación de los servicios incidentales a favor del usuario».

The ranking will be published on the website of the ANAC and the Ministry of Tourism, as reported.
The resolution also abolishes the penalty system governing until today for unpunctual airlines establishes fines to delays of more than thirty minutes. «Far from achieving show improvement in compliance levels, it has laid bare the sterility of the infraction system,» argued the ANAC.
«Both regionally and in countries of the European Community, as in the United States of America, (the system) shows a strong trend toward decriminalization of delays as typical achacable action transporters, implementing instead greater flexibility and less punitive rigor, which are properly focused on the individual user regimes,» he continued.
Instead, the ANAC penalize airlines «if it is detected that production to delay the airline does not give effective compliance with the provision of incidental services for the user». A\W
