Flyest Líneas Aéreas tomó arquisición de las antiguas rutas dejadas por la ex-Sol Líneas Aéreas. De esta manera Flyest compró los derechos de ruta que tenía la compañía rosarina.
Air Nostrum regresa a Argentina. Y lo hace tras el acuerdo cerrado recientemente para la compra del 49% de la compañía Flyest, una nueva aerolínea regional heredera de la estructura de la antigua Sol, un proyecto que terminó en fracaso, siempre los contactos iniciados lleguen a buen puerto.
Este acuerdo se produce tras la visita a España de Macri el pasado febrero pidiendo inversión, lo que han animado a Bertomeu a volver a intentarlo. Y es que hace apenas dos años la compañía valenciana 2015 realizó su primera incursión en el argentino con Sol que duró apenas tres meses. Sol era una aerolínea regional en que participaban los accionistas de Air Nostrum, y que tenía un convenio con Aerolíneas Argentinas, pero esta lo rompió tras el cambio de gobierno a finales del año 2015.
Ahora, en base aquella experiencia surge el nuevo proyecto en Argentina, pues, Flyest fue puesta en marcha hace unos meses por los antiguos directivos de Sol y los contactos con Bertomeu existen desde el principio. De hecho, Flyest utiliza la licencia de operador de Sol y sus derechos para operar algunas rutas. Además, la compañía utilizará los aviones que Air Nostrum destinó a Sol.
La decisión de volver a Argentina por parte de Air Nostrum se debe a la a raíz del proceso de liberalización emprendido por el Gobierno de Mauricio Macri.
La rutas tentativas para esta compañía serán en parte las antiguas rutas de Sol y para esto utilizará aviones CRJ-200. Muchos de los destinos se irán cubriendo con el correr de los meses, ya que las líneas aéreas se deben adecuar al plan elaborado y a los tiempos establecidos por el órgano contralor de la ANAC.
Flyest, unirá Santa Fe, Mar del Plata y Rosario; además de Aeroparque con Montevideo. Los jugadores son conocidos para el mercado: Flyest es liderada por quien fue el gerente de SOL Líneas Aéreas, Gustavo Cebreiro. Asimismo la “nueva” aerolínea, aprovechará la licencia operativa de la compañía que culminó sus operaciones el año pasado, en medio de un gran conflicto gremial. Para esta ocasión Flyest se enfocará en el mercado regional con una flota de 4 aeronaves modelo CRJ 200 Bombardier y una inversión de 697 millones de pesos. “Esto es parte de la transformación que estamos haciendo para potenciar el transporte aéreo y con él, la conectividad de los argentinos, el desarrollo del turismo y de las economías regionales”, sostuvo Guillermo Dietrich en la presentación del primer avión que se llevó a cabo el martes pasado en Aeroparque.
En el caso del Aeropuerto Sauce Viejo, “El primer paso que se está dando es la puesta en funcionamiento del aeropuerto, que va a implicar pararlo por 60 días, entre junio y julio”, explicó Jukic, dentro de las tareas están el balizamiento, repavimentación de la pista y remodelación de la estación, con una inversión cercana a los 200 millones de pesos.
En cuanto al Aeropuerto Rosario, la gorbernación de Santa Fe ha anunciado una fuerte inversión para posicionar el aeropuerto para la demanda que generará la apertura de rutas aéreas en Argentina.
