La Asociación de Víctimas del accidente del vuelo JK5022 de Spanair ha reclamado «verdad, justicia y reparación»

La Asociación de Afectados del vuelo JK5022 de Spanair ha solicitado que se desclasifiquen los documentos de la Comisión de Investigación de Accidentes e Incidentes de Aviación Civil. La presidenta Pilar Vera reclama sobre la importancia del esclarecimiento de la tragedia aérea del 20 de agosto de 2008 en Madrid. Pilar Vera, ha expresado en rueda de prensa que en la documentación podría encontrarse la verdad respecto del accidente. Ha señalado también que la Comisión de Investigación oculta deliberadamente las causas de la tragedia. También ha explicado que el Ministro de Fomento, Iñigo de la Serna, accedió en su momento a compartir la documentación recogida referente al accidente. Sin embargo, este hecho aun no se habría producido.

Al mismo tiempo, la Asociación de Víctimas ha confirmado que se encuentra en conversaciones con diferentes partidos políticos con el objetivo de crear dos comisiones de investigación en el Congreso de los Diputados que arrojen algo de luz acerca del trágico suceso. Las mismas tendrían lugar durante el mes de septiembre. Además, los Parlamentos de Madrid, Canarias y Castilla y León se habrían mostrado a favor de la puesta en marcha de un órgano de investigación y prevención de accidentes.

El día 20 de agosto de 2008, en el Aeropuerto de Madrid-Barajas tuvo lugar el accidente del vuelo JK5022 de la aerolínea Spanair que cubría el trayecto Madrid y las Islas Canarias. Incidente que tuvo como resultado la muerte de 154 de sus pasajeros.
