Justicia de Chile ha ordenado la quiebra forzosa de la aerolínea Latin American Wings
Con una orden judicial se ha establecido la liquidación forzosa de la línea aérea Latin American Wings S.A. (LAW Airlines) por dacumulación de deuda que aún no han sido saldadas por Justicia.
El 11° Juzgado Civil de Santiago declaró finalmente la quiebra de aerolíneas LAW Airlines por deuda sin saldar. El Tribunal de Justicia tomará el control de todos los bienes de Latin American Wings, los que serán repartidos entre los acreedores de la firma, incluyendo trabajadores, proveedores y agencias de viajes. El abogado Hermann Obermoller explicó que “la idea es tratar de recuperar lo más posible. La liquidación no termina su trabajo hasta que agota todas la instancias de encontrar activos”.
El expiloto de la aerolínea, Cristián Vial, detalló que la situación de los ex-trabajadores es preocupante por los sueldos impagos, muchos de ellos con siete u ocho meses sin abonar jornales.
