Aeronavegantes (AAA) anunciaron paro de 24 horas para el próximo jueves en todas las aerolíneas
La Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA) anunció un cese total de actividades de 24 horas para el próximo Jueves, 27 Diciembre 2018, debido a reclamos como paritarias irresueltas, despidos, precarización laboral y persecución sindical.
El Sindicato de Aeronavegantes de Argentina ha anunciado un paro de actividades por 24 horas para el próximo Jueves, 27 Diciembre 2018. El máximo responsable de la sindicatura aerogremial, Juan Pablo Brey, aclaró que quedarán afectados todos los vuelos de cabotaje y partidas internacionales de todas las aerolíneas, con movilización a las 11:00 hs al Ministerio de Transporte.
El sindicato que representa a tripulantes de cabina (TCP) ha comunicado que debido a la medida de fuerza quedarán de esta manera afectados todos los vuelos de cabotaje y partidas internacionales de todas las aerolíneas. El cese de actividades será complementado con una movilización de protesta al Ministerio de Transporte.
De concretarse, en caso de que el Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo no dicte la conciliación obligatoria, se trataría del séptimo paro en el sector aeronáutico, en medio de un conflicto que viene desde hace semanas y que incluyó a los otros cinco sindicatos del sector.
«La responsabilidad, madurez y paciencia demostrada por los trabajadores no encuentra en ningún punto una contraparte a la altura de las circunstancias, ni dispuesta a dar soluciones», argumentó Brey en un comunicado.
Razones del Paro
Aeronavegantes calificó de legítima la medida ante la absoluta falta de respuesta y apertura al diálogo exhibida tanto por parte de las empresas, como del Gobierno.
Entre las razones y problemáticas que impulsan la medida, mencionaron la paritaria 2017 incumplida y vencida en Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral, cuya negociación actual se encuentra estancada y con ausencia de una política de Estado que garantice continuidad y crecimiento de la empresa. Además, señalaron que la paritaria con Latam Airlines Argentina se halla sin actualización y sin oferta a una semana de su vencimiento, en el marco de un achicamiento de la filial Argentina del holding, mientras que en la paritaria de Avianca Argentina se evidencia un retroceso con una alerta por pérdida de fuentes de trabajo y marcha atrás en el plan de expansión. El gremio expresó la situación general de Andes Líneas Aéreas, con pérdida de fuentes de trabajo y salarios pagados en cuotas, y apuntó contra la precarización laboral y persecución sindical en Flybondi y demás empresas low-cost.
