ANAC Argentina reconoce horas voladas a pilotos en aeronaves de matrículas extranjeras
La Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil Argentina (ANAC) ha modificado la norma que provocó la medida de fuerza llevada adelante por la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) y la Unión de Aviadores de Líneas Aéreas (UALA).
Según la normativa modificada en el Boletín Ofical por Resolución Nº 36/2019, reconocerán las horas voladas en aeronaves de matrículas extranjeras en el exterior a pilotos que vuelan en Argentina, siempre que las mismas sean certificadas por la Autoridad Aeronáutica de la jurisdicción donde se realizaron esos vuelos. Según la medida, el documento deberá contener como mínimo; fechas de la actividad, discriminación en tiempos, función desempeñada, y la categoría, clase o tipo de la aeronave utilizada. “Los documentos expedidos y redactados en idioma extranjero, deberán ser presentados ante la Autoridad Aeronáutica Argentina con el Apostillado de La Haya, y traducidos al idioma español por un traductor público nacional habilitado”, expresa la normativa.
La ANAC modificó la norma que provocó el paro de pilotos. Desde el Gobierno volvieron a redactar la medida que provocó que los trabajadores llevaran adelante medidas de fuerza.
El reconocimiento de horas voladas en el extranjero podrá ser utilizado para acreditar, total o parcialmente, la experiencia de vuelo exigida en la reglamentación vigente para la obtención de una licencia o habilitación adicional. En tanto, únicamente para el caso del personal aeronáutico de nacionalidad argentina, las horas de vuelo efectuadas en el extranjero se adicionarán a su Libro de Vuelo, lo que se instrumentará mediante la incorporación de hojas especiales que contendrán la leyenda “Horas voladas en el extranjero”. De esta manera, “las horas así reconocidas serán consignadas sin discriminar modalidad alguna y su reconocimiento sólo podrá ser solicitado por personal aeronáutico de nacionalidad argentina, sin excepciones”, manifiesta el texto oficial.
El conflicto con los pilotos no se inició por razones salariales, sino en rechazo a la política aerocomercial del Gobierno de Argentina, expuesta en la última resolución de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) que flexibilizaba permisos a los pilotos extranjeros en el país. Sin embargo, desde la cartera consideraron que el paro de los aeronáuticos por la nueva resolución es irracional.
