Piden cierre definitivo de Aeropuerto de El Palomar tras una nueva denuncia
El Aeropuerto Internanional El Palomar sumó una nueva denuncia debido a presunto exceso en límites de ruido que están permitidos. El nuevo amparo judicial fue realizado por el grupo de vecinos que logró un amparo para limitar las operaciones nocturnas. La denuncia fue presentada ante la jueza Martina Forns.
En la nueva presentación se pide la clausura del aeropuerto y que se terminen los vuelos comerciales. Lucas Marisi, abogado que presentó los primeros amparos, expresó: «Los funcionarios del Ministerio de Transporte y de la ANAC falsificaron los límites máximos de ruido para ocultar el daño ambiental y el impacto acústico sobre la población». En cuanto a las denuncias ya presentadas, la de exceso de límites sonoros se hizo por última vez el 17 Diciembre 2019. Los vecinos explicaron que se pudieron constatar por los últimos informes de mediciones de ruido que las mediciones fueron alteradas. «Los valores límites son 55 y 45dB (decíbeles), respectivamente. Son más estrictas y fruto de los avances en las investigaciones científicas. Pero aún así, el gobierno anterior incumplió tanto los valores que da la OMS en 2018 como los que se utilizaban antes, según una reglamentación de 1999 del mismo organismo», señala Marisi.
Impacto ambiental
Lucas Marisi aseveró acerca del impacto ambintal: «Encima que el informe lo entregaron el 10 de diciembre, en una casi burla a todos nosotros, ahora la jueza (por Forns) les suspendió la presentación de esos análisis mensuales hasta tanto la Corte devuelva el expediente principal. Esta suspensión es una locura porque van a pasar meses y meses en los que vamos a ignorar el daño ambiental y el impacto acústico».
La Universidad de Tres de Febrero realizó un informe sobre la contaminación sonora del lugar y determinó que las actividades de aeronavegación en El Palomar producían molestia y preveían reclamos repetidos por parte de la comunidad. Además remarcó la posibilidad de problemas serios a nivel ambiental y en la salud de quienes vivieran cerca si los vuelos llegaran a cuadruplicarse.
Las aerolíneas que opera en el Aeropuerto El Palomar son las low cost Flybondi Líneas Aéreas y JetSmart Airlines Argentina. Diariamente vecinos cuentan 40 y 50 movimientos diarios.

Environmental impact
Lucas Marisi said about the environmental impact: «Above that, the report was delivered on December 10, in an almost mockery to all of us, now the judge (for Forns) suspended the presentation of these monthly analyzes until the Court returns the file main. This suspension is crazy because it will be months and months in which we will ignore the environmental damage and the acoustic impact».
The University of Tres de Febrero made a report on the noise pollution of the place and determined that the airborne activities in El Palomar caused discomfort and provided for repeated complaints by the community. He also highlighted the possibility of serious problems at the environmental level and in the health of those who lived nearby if the flights would quadruple.
