Dictan conciliación tras anuncio de paro en Latam Argentina

El Ministerio de Trabajo lanzó la medida en medio del conflicto entre Latam Airlines Argentina, el Sindicato de Aeronavegantes (AAA) y los núcleos de APLA. El gremio había convocado una huelga de 24 horas el lunes 12/30.

El gremio había advertido sobre la huelga por 24 horas el jueves al sostener que la empresa empujaba a los trabajadores a tomar este tipo de medidas. «Exigimos la recomposición salarial acorde con los niveles de inflación registrados en el período 2019 y sin condicionamientos», expresó el sindicato. A su vez, el Ministerio ya había dictado conciliación obligatoria en el conflicto entre los pilotos de esa empresa y la línea aérea. Los pilotos de Latam agremiados a la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) habían iniciado asambleas, hecho que había provocado demoras y cancelaciones en los vuelos.

Latam Airlines había informado que: «En virtud del anuncio público realizado por la Asociación Argentina de Aeronavegantes (AAA), sobre una eventual medida de fuerza el próximo Lunes 30 Diciembre 2019, y a fin de prevenir cualquier impacto en la operación que perjudique a los pasajeros; Latam Airlines Argentina solicitó intervención al Ministerio de Trabajo». La conciliación obligatoria y la apertura de una nueva instancia de diálogo dejaría sin efecto la medida de fuerza, al menos hasta que se produzca una nueva reunión entre los pilotos y la empresa.

Latam Airlines had informed that: «Under the public announcement made by the Argentine Aircraft Association (AAA), about an eventual measure of force on Monday, December 30, 2019, and in order to prevent any impact on the operation that harms passengers; LATAM Airlines Argentina requested intervention from the Ministry of Labor». The obligatory conciliation and the opening of a new instance of dialogue would render the measure of force without effect, at least until a new meeting between the pilots and the company takes place.
