Empleados de aerolíneas low cost de Argentina vuelven a protestar
Las aerolíneas low cost de la República Argentina han manifestado su descontento a raíz de la prolongación de la cuarentena en el país implementadas por el Gobierno. A más de seis meses de las medidas establecidas de aislamiento, no se han tomado la dimensión de los daños a la economía al no establecer protocolos de seguridad sanitaria para vuelta a la aviación comercial.
La concentración de trabajadores de Flybondi Líneas Aéreas y JetSmart Airlines Argentina se concentran este Jueves, 1 Octubre 2020 a partir de las 10:00 hs en diferentes puntos del país para continuar reclamando de apertura de operaciones domésticas y la habilitación total durante las 24 horas del Aeropuerto Internacional de El Palomar, en la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Los empleados volverán a concentrarse en protestas que tendrán réplicas en todo el país exigiendo que se respete la fecha de inicio de las operaciones por parte del Gobierno nacional, anunciada para este mes el 12 Octubre 2020.
La terminal aérea de El Palomar, al oeste del Gran Buenos Aires, es la principal base de las aerolíneas low cost en Argentina. Los empleados aseguran que es imposible el normal retorno a las funciones si se mantiene una restricción horaria de 22:00 a 07:00 horas. “Vamos a reclamar por nuestro trabajo el día que el Gobierno anuncio que volverían los vuelos. Y vamos por las más de 10 mil fuentes de trabajo que están en riesgo si las low cost dejan de operar en Argentina”, afirmaron empleados de la Base de Córdoba.
Los trabajadores de Flybondi y JetSmart nucleados en ATAF (Asociación Trabajadores Aeronáuticos de Flybondi) y ASTJ (Asociación Sindical Trabajadores de JetSmart) respectivamente, convocaron a una nueva marcha para este 01/10 a las 10:00 frente a la sede del Ministerio de Transporte y en las bases de todo el interior de Argentina en reclamo por el regreso de las operaciones aerocomerciales y la apertura de las operaciones H24 en el Aeropuerto Internacional de El Palomar.
“Las indefiniciones por parte de las autoridades nacionales generan preocupación y angustia en los más de 10.000 trabajadores directos e indirectos vinculados al desarrollo de las low cost. Todos los trabajadores sabemos que cuanto más tiempo pasa y más se dilata el comienzo más en riesgo se ponen nuestros puestos de trabajo. Previendo que el reinicio será con una operación reducida y con muy pocos pasajeros, ninguna de las aerolíneas privadas que operan hoy en Argentina pueden aguantar mucho más tiempo sin volar. Hoy aún no hay certezas a través de comunicados oficiales del gobierno que indique fecha cierta de inicio de nuestra actividad ni que se vaya a efectuar desde el Palomar. Por el contrario, circulan versiones que indican que la actividad aerocomercial se reiniciaría recién en Noviembre o Diciembre. Las postergaciones reiteradas del gobierno, que parece que sólo favorece a que haya una sola aerolínea volando, pueden lograr que finalmente ocurra lo mismo que en otras industrias: empresas que se van, Pymes que cierran, miles de personas en la calle”, expresaron en un comunicado los sindicatos aéreos.
Los representantes José Omar Figueredo, Secretario General de ATAF y Marcos Sosa, Secretario General de ASTJ, han reiterado las profundas preocupaciones porque el Gobierno no atiende los reclamos y toma las medidas necesarias para el retorno responsable de la aviación en el país. Las dos agrupaciones sindicales son los únicos gremios aeronáuticos que se han manifestado a favor del reinicio de las operaciones aéreas en Argentina.
