Estados Unidos autoriza Joint Venture Delta-LATAM

El Gobierno de Estados Unidos ha aprobado por medio del Departamento de Transporte (DOT) el Joint Venture entre LATAM Airlines y Delta Air Lines. Esta asociación permitirá a los clientes de ambas aerolíneas acceder a más de trescientos destinos en Estados Unidos, Canadá y Latinoamérica. El segundo grupo de aerolíneas más grande de Latinoamérica en lo que a flota se refiere, se ha unido a una de las cuatro aerolíneas estadounidenses más grandes.

La aprobación por parte del DOT permite a Delta Air Lines, LATAM Airlines Group, LATAM Airlines Brasil, LATAM Airlines Colombia, LATAM Airlines Perú y LATAM Airlines Paraguay desbloquear nuevas rutas, que se agregarán a las conexiones con código compartido, y se combinarán sendos programas de fidelización.
