Grupo TUI selecciones Embraer E195-E2

El TUI Group, una empresa alemana de ocio, viajes y turismo ha seleccionado el Embraer E195-E2, el avión más silencioso y eficiente de menos de 150 asientos, para unirse a la flota de TUI fly Belgium. TUI recibirá tres E195-E2 (3) de AerCap en arrendamiento a largo plazo. El avión, de la flota existente de AerCap será propulsado por motores Pratt & Whitney PW1900G GTF, se entregará en una cómoda configuración de clase única de 136 asientos en la primera mitad de 2023.

«Estamos encantados de añadir el E195-E2 a nuestra flota belga. Operando en rutas de corta y media distancia, el nuevo avión es el avión más eficiente del mercado. Utiliza menos combustible, tiene un mayor alcance, mientras que al mismo tiempo es un 50% más silencioso y emite hasta un tercio menos de dióxido de carbono. Los aviones operarán principalmente desde Amberes, desde donde volarán a aeropuertos más distantes, lo que nos permitirá expandirnos a nuevos destinos de vacaciones desde el norte de Bélgica», dijo Marco Ciomperlik, Director de Aerolíneas del TUI Group.

The TUI Group, a German leisure, travel and tourism company has selected the Embraer E195-E2, the quietest and most efficient aircraft under 150 seats, to join the TUI fly Belgium fleet. TUI will receive three E195-E2 (3) from AerCap on long-term lease. The aircraft, from AerCap’s existing fleet to be powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1900G GTF engines, will be delivered in a comfortable 136-seat single-class configuration in the first half of 2023.

«We are delighted to add the E195-E2 to our Belgian fleet. Operating on short and medium haul routes, the new aircraft is the most efficient aircraft on the market. It uses less fuel, has a longer range, while at the same time being a «50% quieter and emits up to a third less carbon dioxide. The planes will operate mainly from Antwerp, from where they will fly to more distant airports, allowing us to expand to new holiday destinations from northern Belgium», said Marco Ciomperlik, Director of Airlines of the TUI Group.
