El gobierno destina $237 mil a LAER Líneas Aéreas de Argentina. La ayuda financiera fue en concepto de transferencias a empresas públicas no financieras. La empresa dejó de volar en marzo de 2014, pero aún quedan empleados cumpliendo funciones.

La Provincia de Entre Ríos asistió financieramente, otra vez, a la Línea Aérea de Entre Ríos. Esta vez, a través del Decreto Nº 1359 MEHF, fechado el 2 de junio y publicado en el Boletín Oficial de este 5 de octubre, el gobierno otorgó una capitalización de 237.174,06 pesos. Dispuso, además, que «la Tesorería General efectúe el pago de la asistencia financiera otorgada, instrumentándose la misma por el sistema de libramientos, que será emitido por la Contaduría General a instancia del señor Interventor de LAER S.E. a favor de cada una de las personas que el mismo conforme y por el período establecido en el expediente de referencia. Una vez efectuados los pagos, la Tesorería General entregará constancia del mismo a la empresa».

«Dijimos que LAER había cumplido un ciclo, pero aquí quedaron empleados que están cumpliendo funciones y tenemos que pagar los sueldos y para pagar los sueldos hay que girar la platael dinero de este año, cuando se conoció la primera de las ayudas financieras de su gestión a la empresa aérea.»

Agregó: «no estamos financiando a LAER para otra cosa, que no sea el pago de sueldos, de ocho personas que cobran un sueldo promedio de 20 mil pesos. Son 160 mil pesos que es lo que transferimos todos los meses para no dejar a nadie sin su fuente de trabajo».

Luego de esas declaraciones, el 25 de julio se publicó en el Boletín Oficial el Decreto Nº 99 GOB, fechado el 26 de enero, por el que el mandatario designó al nuevo interventor de LAER, Luis Alfredo De Meyer. No obstante, la duración de su designación fue «por el término de noventa (90) días a partir de la fecha del presente decreto». Pero ese plazo se prorrogó luego hasta el 31 de mayo por medio del Decreto Nº 863 GOB, del 19 de abril y publicado en el Boletín Oficial del 17 de agosto.

El Ejecutivo le encargó a De Meyer «realizar un informe pormenorizado a fin de determinar el estado de situación patrimonial, económico, financiero y operativo de Líneas Aéreas de Entre Ríos SE». Además tendría que definir el funcionamiento de la empresa, la investigación e implementación de propuestas que contribuyan a la optimización de los objetivos financieros del organismo y/o su rentabilidad.

LAER dejó de volar en marzo de 2014, coincidentemente con la llegada de Aerolíneas Argentinas a la provincia. No obstante, la anterior gestión le otorgó a la empresa estatal provincial ayudas financieras para hacer frente al pago de sueldos.
