La ewmpresa china de leasing, CDB Aviation, de alquiler de aviones de propiedad del Banco de Desarrollo de China, negocia con Boeing y Airbus un acuerdo de compra de entre 40 -50 aviones que podría concretarse antes del próximo Paris Airshow de Le Bourget 2017.
CDB Aviation, efectuó en marzo de un pedido a Boeing de 30 aviones B 737-8 MAX, y está analizando un nuevo pedido de alrededor de 50 aviones, entre los que se incluirían al B737-10 MAX.
