La IACC de Cuba junto a Boeing investigan el accidente aéreo de Global Air
La comisión gubernamental que investiga el accidente del vuelo DMJ-972 de Cubana de Aviación el pasado mayo, el más grave de Cuba en tres décadas con 112 muertos, anunció el martes que ha recuperado casi toda la información de las cajas negras y procede a evaluarla.
Liderado por especialistas del IACC, el grupo investigador cuenta con expertos cubanos, estadounidenses, mexicanos y europeos, mientras las dos cajas negras se encuentran en EEUU para su análisis a cargo de peritos de la compañía Boeing, fabricante de la aeronave. La comisión está trabajando intensamente con base en los protocolos de la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), según la IACC, aunque sigue siendo una incógnita cuándo se anunciarán finalmente las causas del accidente.

El equipo investigador ha logrado recopilar entre un 90-95% de las voces y sonidos dentro del aparato antes y después del siniestro, mientras los parámetros técnicos se han obtenido íntegros, informó la televisión estatal cubana en un apartado especial de su informativo.
Tras extraer esta información de las cajas negras, la comisión ha pasado a “analizar segundo a segundo, minuto a minuto, el vuelo para determinar con exactitud si fue un error humano o una falla técnica”, según la cadena, que recibió la información directamente del presidente del Instituto de Aeronáutica Civil de Cuba (IACC), Armando Daniel López.
En el proceso de descifraje de las cajas negras del avión Boeing 737-200 siniestrado en La Habana el pasado mes de Mayo 2018, se logró identificar el 100%de los parámetros técnicos, informó Armando Daniel López, presidente del Instituto de Aeronáutica Civil de Cuba (IACC).
Las conclusiones definitivas podrían tardar en llegar hasta seis meses o un año desde la fecha del siniestro, según la televisión estatal, que citó estimaciones de la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional.
El pasado 18 Mayo 2018 un avión Boeing 737-200 arrendado por Cubana a la compañía mexicana de dudosa reputación Global Air se estrelló minutos después de despegar del aeropuerto de La Habana con destino a Holguín (unos 700 kilómetros al este) conmocionando a un país poco acostumbrado a tragedias de este tipo.
Global Air, propietaria del avión, atribuyó en julio el siniestro a un “fallo humano” de los pilotos, aunque no ofreció pruebas y la comisión investigadora calificó las conclusiones de la compañía como meras “especulaciones”.
El accidente dejó 112 personas fallecidas, de ellas 101 cubanos y once extranjeros: siete mexicanos, incluidos los seis miembros de la tripulación y una turista, dos argentinos y dos saharauis residentes en la isla, uno de los cuales tenía también nacionalidad española.
Solo tres mujeres llegaron con vida al hospital, todas cubanas, y de ellas dos murieron en los días posteriores, mientras la única superviviente sigue hospitalizada en estado delicado tras salir de un coma y pasar recientemente por una fase de terapia intensiva para salvar su vida.
