Gobierno de Argentina otorga 39 rutas aéreas a Sapsa Líneas Aéreas
El Ministerio de Transporte de Argentina ha concesionado a la aerolínea Servicios Aéreos Patagónicos Sociedad Anónima (Sapsa) el permiso para volar 39 rutas de cabotaje e internacionales. La resolución 854/2018 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial de este jueves con la firma del Ministro Guillermo Dietrich.
Sapsa Líneas Aéreas ha solicitado a los organismos correspondientes la concesión de rutas domésticas e internacionales, entre los destinos solicitados están: Orlando, París, Lisboa y Frankfurt. La aerolínea, que pertenece al grupo Vía Bariloche, había pedido las rutas en la Audiencia Pública del 6 Septiembre 2017 y contaba con el visto bueno de la Junta Asesora del Transporte Aéreo (JATA) y de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC).
“El ingreso al mercado de nuevos explotadores y el estímulo de la competencia, debiendo ello ser analizado en el contexto de los demás principios que la norma enuncia. Conforma un emprendimiento tendiente a satisfacer los principios de ingreso al mercado de nuevos explotadores, estímulo a la competencia y diversificación de los servicios. La empresa peticionaria propone una novedosa red de servicios internos, comunicando destinos del país que en la actualidad no son servidos por ningún otro operador. El esquema de operación que propone la empresa resulta de interés a fin de acompañar las políticas de conectividad que esta autoridad está llevando adelante, con la participación de los organismos intervinientes en el sector aeronáutico”, indicó el Ministerio de Transporte de Argentina. La norma aclara que “la concesión que se otorga queda sujeta, en su caso, a la obtención de los derechos de tráfico y capacidad que tornen factible la operatoria proyectada por la empresa” y que el permiso tendrá una vigencia de 15 años.

The Ministry of Transport of Argentina has granted to the airline Servicios Aéreos Patagónicos Sociedad Anónima (Sapsa) the permit to fly 39 cabotage and international routes. Resolution 854/2018 was published in the Official Gazette this Thursday with the signature of Minister Guillermo Dietrich.
Sapsa Líneas Aéreas has requested the corresponding agencies to grant domestic and international routes, among the requested destinations are: Orlando, Paris, Lisbon and Frankfurt. The airline, which belongs to the Vía Bariloche group, had requested the routes at the Public Hearing of September 6, 2017 and had the approval of the Air Transport Advisory Board (JATA) and the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC).
“The entry into the market of new exploiters and the stimulation of competition, which must be analyzed in the context of the other principles that the norm enunciates.It forms an enterprise tending to satisfy the principles of entering the market of new exploiters, stimulation to the competition and diversification of services. The petitioner proposes a novel network of internal services, communicating destinations in the country that are currently not served by any other operator The operation scheme proposed by the company is of interest in order to accompany the connectivity policies that this authority is carrying out, with the participation of the agencies involved in the aeronautical sector”, said the Ministry of Transportation of Argentina. The standard clarifies that “the concession granted is subject, where appropriate, to obtaining traffic and capacity rights that make the operation projected by the company feasible” and that the permit will be valid for 15 years.
