Los sindicatos confirmaron que suspenden la medida de fuerza programada por 48 hs

El Ministerio de Transporte de Argentina decidió derogar la resolución de reválida de licencias a pilotos extranjeros, por lo cual los trabajadores agremiados en APLA y UALA abandonaron la medida de fuerza que iban a realizar jueves y viernes. «En vistas al paro anunciado por pilotos, se derogará la resolución, y la validación de licencias extranjeras continuará haciéndose con la legislación anterior», informaron en un comunicado desde el Ministerio de Transporte. A partir de las 08:00 hs se llevó a cabo una audiencia en el Ministerio para continuar el diálogo y consensuar una nueva reglamentación al Artículo 106 del Código Aeronáutico.

El Ministerio de Transporte decidió derogar la resolución de reválida de licencias a pilotos extranjeros, por lo cual los sindicatos APLA y UALA levantaron el paro de 48 horas de pilotos de aerolíneas que debía comenzar a las 6 de hoy. La oficina de prensa del Ministerio anunció en un comunicado que «luego de que el sindicato de pilotos confirmara las medidas de fuerza y la paralización de los vuelos, se decidió derogar la Resolución Nº 895/2018 de reválida de licencias a pilotos extranjeros».

La medida del paro gremial afectaría el servicio a 96.000 pasajeros que tenían programados vuelos entre el jueves y el viernes, días en los que estaba anunciado el paro.

The press office of the Ministry announced in a statement that «after the pilots’ union confirmed the measures of force and the stoppage of flights, it was decided to repeal Resolution No. 895/2018 on the revalidation of licenses for foreign pilots».
