Existen demoras y cancelaciones en vuelos de Aerolíneas por protesta de pilotos

Una medida de fuerza sindical vuelve a perjudicar este miércoles a cientos de pasajeros de la compañía Aerolíneas Argentinas. Por ahora se cancelaron dos vuelos pero podrían ampliarse. Los gremialistas están reclamando por trabajar más de siete horas, algo que no genera ningún tipo de controversia en el resto del mundo. Ya se suspendieron los vuelos AR1872 Aeroparque-Bariloche, y el AR1873 Bariloche-Ezeiza.

Según confirmaron desde la empresa, los vuelos afectados son el AR1872 Aeroparque-Bariloche, y el AR1873 Bariloche-Ezeiza. La intransigencia de los gremialistas afecta a 300 pasajeros.

El gremio APLA, que representa a los pilotos de Aerolíneas Argentinas, entre otras empresas, emitió la semana pasada un mandato a los pilotos agremiados para que rechacen los vuelos que impliquen varios tramos con más de 7 horas en el aire, algo habitual en todas las empresas aéreas del mundo. “La programación de este tipo de vuelos, que combinan distintos tramos, apunta a la optimización del uso de los recursos, tanto de aviones como de personal”, señalaron desde la compañía.

Desde Aerolíneas Argentinas intimaron a APLA a desistir de la medida que implicaría la cancelación de vuelos desde Aeroparque y Ezeiza a Ushuaia, El Calafate, Trelew, Río de Janeiro, Tucumán, Mendoza, Neuquén e Iguazú. Asimismo, desde la compañía aclararon que “en ningún caso los tramos cuestionados superan el tiempo de vuelo máximo programable. Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 4 del decreto 671/94, ninguno supera las 8 horas de tiempo de vuelo en 24 horas permitidas por esa normativa”.

Aerolíneas Argentinas ostenta el rango de 7 estrellas en seguridad, el máximo a nivel internacional, según el ranking elaborado por la reconocida Airline Ratings. “La compañía ha cumplido y cumple todas las normas de seguridad vigentes, porque la seguridad de los vuelos es, precisamente, su primera preocupación”, señalaron.

El planteo gremial se da en medio de la negociación paritaria. En ese marco, el Viernes 26 Abril 2019 la aerolínea realizó una oferta de incremento salarial, reclamando a la vez un acuerdo de paz social por 90 días. Sin embargo, desde APLA avanzaron con la medida de fuerza.

Aerolíneas Argentinas envió una carta documento a APLA intimando a desistir de la medida y en forma paralela, la compañía hizo una denuncia ante la Secretaría de Trabajo por esta amenaza al normal cumplimiento del servicio. Ante cualquier inconveniente los usuarios del transporte aéreo deberán comunicarse con la aerolínea para más información del estado de los vuelos.
