Ryanair elegida peor aerolínea del mundo por séptimo año consecutivo

La low cost irlandesa Ryanair ha sido elegida por séptimo año consecutivo como la peor aerolínea del mundo en trayectos cortos, según la encuesta realizada por la organización de consumidores especializada en viajes Which?. Algunos de los puntos peor valorados por los pasajeros han sido el mal servicio en las reservas on line, la mala calidad de la comida a bordo o la nula comodidad de sus servicios, publica la web Prnoticias. El mal servicio de Ryanair la ha posicionado este año como la peor compañía aérea por séptimo año consecutivo.

Dentro de la lista «negra» de compañías aéreas se encuentran American Airlines y British Airways posicionadas este año entre las peores aerolíneas para vuelos de larga distancia; Vueling y Wizz Air están entre las pocas aceptadas.

Las mejor valoradas son Aurigny (82%), Jet2 (79%) y SAS Scandinavian Airlines (74%). En los vuelos de larga distancia, Singapore Airlines ha obtenido los mejores resultados por parte de los consumidores, seguida de Emirates y Virgin Atlantic. Las peor puntuadas en esta categoría han sido Etihad Airways y British Airways y American Airlines.
