British Airways solicita al Gobierno plan definido de reapertura

La aerolínea British Airways (BA) ha exhortado al Gobierno del Reino Unido que se debería permitir a las personas vacunadas viajar sin restricciones y a las personas no vacunadas con una prueba negativa de COVID-19, ya que expuso sus ideas para un reinicio de viaje un mes antes de que el Gobierno termine sus planes definidos. Las vacaciones no estarán permitidas hasta el 17/05 como muy pronto, ha dicho el Gobierno, pero antes de eso, el 12/04, Gran Bretaña anunciará cómo y cuándo pueden reanudarse los viajes no esenciales dentro y fuera del país.

Sean Doyle, Director Ejecutivo de British Airways ha solicitado al Gobierno que trabajara con otros gobiernos para permitir que las vacunas y las aplicaciones de salud abrieran los viajes, después de un año en el que el vuelo mínimo ha dejado a muchas aerolíneas en soporte vital. “Creo que las personas que han sido vacunadas deberían poder viajar sin restricciones. Aquellos que no han sido vacunados deben poder viajar con un resultado negativo de la prueba”, expresó el ejecutivo de BA.

La implementación de vacunas ha hecho optimista de que British Airways volvería a volar este verano boreal, pero ha expresado que la recuperación depende de lo que se diga a partir de la decisión del Gobierno el 12/04. Sean Doyle ha expresado que el Gobierno dé su respaldo a las aplicaciones sanitarias que se pueden utilizar para verificar los resultados negativos de las pruebas Covid-19 de una persona y el estado de vacunación. The implementation of vaccines has made it optimistic that British Airways would fly again this summer, but has expressed that the recovery depends on what is said from the government’s decision on 04/12.
