Aerolíneas inició operativo 8 millones de dosis de Sinopharm
Aerolíneas Argentinas traerá desde China un total de 8 millones de dosis de la vacuna Sinopharm en diez vuelos. El primero de los diez vuelos partió este Viernes 02/07 a las 12:59 hs y está previsto que regrese el Domingo 04/07 alrededor de las 19:00 hs con el primer cargamento de 800.000 dosis de la vacuna Sinopharm.
El Airbus 330-200, matrícula LV-FVH, de Aerolíneas Argentinas bajo el número de vuelo AR1070, despegó del aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza a las 12:59 hs y está previsto que regrese el Domingo 04/07 alrededor de las 19:00 hs con el primer cargamento de 800.000 dosis. Aerolíneas Argentinas inició un operativo para trasladar desde China 8 millones de dosis de la vacuna Sinopharm en diez vuelos que despegarán de acá al 15 de Julio de 2021, el primero de los cuales partió este Viernes 02/07, en tanto los demás se realizarán desde mediados de la próxima semana a razón de un servicio por día.
La salida del vuelo fue confirmada la mañana de este Viernes por el CEO Pablo Ceriani de Aerolíneas Argentinas. “Llegó Julio y una excelente noticia para la campaña de vacunación. Vamos a realizar diez vuelos de Aerolineas a China para traer al país 8 millones de dosis de Sinopharm. El primero despegará hoy a las 12:59, los 9 restantes saldrán de forma consecutiva del 7 al 15 de Julio. Estos 10 vuelos son una gran noticia porque en un periodo de pocos días la Argentina contará con una enorme cantidad de nuevas dosis, lo cual va a permitir acelerar aún más esta campaña de vacunación sin precedentes. Hace un año volábamos por primera vez a China para traer insumos médicos, hoy preparamos una operación sin precedentes con diez vuelos seguidos para traer vacunas al país. Tres de nuestros A330 estarán abocados a esta tarea y realizarán la ruta a Pekín con escala técnica en Madrid. Desde que iniciamos esta tarea logística realizamos 28 operaciones, trayendo al país más de 15 millones de dosis. Contar con una aerolínea de bandera le permite al país tener una respuesta rápida y eficaz ante cada necesidad operativa en el traslado de las vacunas”, expresó Pablo Ceriani.
Para el operativo de transporte de las dosis se utilizarán tres aviones Airbus 330-200 de la flota de largo alcance de la compañía, durante los próximos tres meses. La serie de viajes comenzó este Viernes 02/07 con la partida del vuelo AR1070 desde Ezeiza, siguiendo el mismo recorrido de los vuelos anteriores que tenían como destino Beijing: una escala técnica intermedia en Madrid, España. Los otros nueve vuelos siguientes repetirán el mismo esquema, desde mediados de la semana próxima y en días consecutivos.
Los 8 millones de vacunas forman parte del acuerdo recientemente cerrado con el China National Pharmaceutical Group Corp mediante el cual llegarán al país 24 millones de vacunas entre Julio y Septiembre 2021. Aerolíneas Argentinas lleva completados un total de veintiún vuelos a Moscú hasta el 02/07 en los que se transportaron 11.263.375 dosis de la vacuna producida por el Instituto Gamaleya. Además, desde Beijing, llegaron al país un total de 5.195.200 en 7 vuelos. De esta manera, en 28 operaciones se trajeron un total de 16.458.575 de dosis.

The first will take off today at 12:59 p.m., the remaining 9 will depart consecutively from July 7 to 15. These 10 flights are great news because in a period of a few days Argentina will have a huge number of new doses, which will allow this unprecedented vaccination campaign to be accelerated even more. A year ago we flew to China for the first time to bring medical supplies, today we are preparing an unprecedented operation with ten consecutive flights to bring vaccines to the country. Three of our A330s will be dedicated to this task and will make the route to Beijing with a technical stopover in Madrid. Since we began this logistical task, we have carried out 28 operations, bringing to the country more than 15 million doses. Having a flag airline allows the country to have a quick and effective response to each operational need in the transfer of vaccines”, said Pablo Ceriani.
Three Airbus 330-200 aircraft from the company’s long-range fleet will be used for the dose transport operation over the next three months. The series of trips began this Friday 02/07 with the departure of flight AR1070 from Ezeiza, following the same route as the previous flights destined for Beijing: an intermediate technical stopover in Madrid, Spain. The other nine subsequent flights will repeat the same scheme, from the middle of next week and on consecutive days.
The 8 million vaccines are part of the recently closed agreement with the China National Pharmaceutical Group Corp through which 24 million vaccines will arrive in the country between July and September 2021. Aerolíneas Argentinas has completed a total of twenty-one flights to Moscow until 02/07 in which 11,263,375 doses of the vaccine produced by the Gamaleya Institute were transported. In addition, from Beijing, a total of 5,195,200 arrived in the country in 7 flights. Thus, in 28 operations a total of 16,458,575 doses were brought.
