Solicitan incluir destino en nueva programación vuelos

El proyecto presentado por un Diputado Nacional forma parte de una solicitud para establecer a Esquel como ruta en la nueva programación de vuelos de la aerolínea de fomento LADE Líneas Aéreas de Argentina. El Diputado Nacional Gustavo Menna ha solicitado al Poder Ejecutivo Nacional por medio de la presentación de un proyecto de resolución en el Congreso que incluya a Esquel en la nuevo programación que Líneas Aéreas del Estado a partir del 08/2021 hacia finales de año. El reclamo apunta a que una de las principales ciudades de la cordillera de los Andes continúe sin este servicio de vital importancia.

El pedido a través del un proyecto resolución enfatiza que con la exclusión del destino Esquel de los vuelos de fomento de la línea aérea dependiente de la Fuerza Aérea Argentina queda sin cobertura toda la zona cordillerana de Chubut. El legislador nacional indicó que LADE tiene como motivo de su creación en 1940, (antiguamente denominada LASO) cumplir una función de fomento de aquellas zonas que tienen un menor acceso a las frecuencias aerocomerciales que en la actualidad solo dispone de cinco vuelos semanales con Buenos Aires en temporada alta.

La creación de LADE remite a Esquel, ya que fue la iniciativa de un grupo de vecinos de esa ciudad la que resultó decisiva para la creación de la línea aérea. En aquel tiempo hacia los años de 1940, los habitantes de la localidad de Esquel, a través de un delegado y en conjunto con vecinos de Tecka, Gobernador Costa, Neuquén, General Roca y Santa Rosa, presentaron un petitorio al entonces Presidente de la Nación, Roberto Ortiz, en cual solicitaron la creación de una línea aérea que vinculara a esa parte de la patria con el resto del país.

Como resultado de esa acción comunitaria, el 4 de Septiembre de 1940 se concretó el vuelo inaugural que unió El Palomar (Buenos Aires) con Esquel (Chubut), iniciando las operaciones aerocomerciales de Línea Aérea del Sudoeste (LASO), primera línea aérea estatal de fomento del mundo, que cubría la ruta Buenos Aires, Santa Rosa, Neuquén, Bariloche y Esquel. El aeropuerto de la ciudad cordillerana se llama “Brigadier Antonio Parodi” como homenaje a quien en 1939 elaboró un proyecto en el cual se inspiró en la idea de los vecinos de crear una línea aérea con esas características. “La necesidad de vinculación aérea de la región cordillerana chubutense y las cuestiones ligadas a la historia que gestó LADE hacen necesario reconsiderar la exclusión de Esquel en los vuelos de fomento de esta aerolínea”, expresó Gustavo Menna.
