Aerolíneas no obligadas utilizar nueva terminal aérea
Este Viernes 17/09, el Presidente de México Andrés Manuel López Obrador, ha salido a aclarar que no se presionará a las líneas aéreas ha operar el nuevo Aeropuerto Felipe Ángeles/AIFA en la ex-base militar de Santa Lucía, en el Estado de México. Aseveró que las limitaciones de los vuelos en el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (AICM) a 61 operaciones por hora, se remontan al año 2014. Durante su conferencia matutina realizada en el Salón Tesorería de Palacio Nacional, López Obrador aclaró que las limitaciones de los vuelos en el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México (AICM) a 61 operaciones por hora se remontan al año 2014 con la intención de saturarlo y poder construir el Aeropuerto de Texcoco.
El Gobierno de México ha aclarado que las compañías aéreas no están obligadas a operar en el nuevo Aeropuerto Felipe Ángeles, aunque existen varias solicitudes de migración de vuelos de aerolíneas debido a que la nueva terminal ofrece más ventajas por su modernidad.
