La República de Azerbaiyán ha comenzado a sobrevolar el espacio aéreo de Armenia para efectuar vuelos internos a la República Autónoma de Najicheván, informó este Miércoles 06/10 la aerolínea azerbaiyana Azal Airlines. “A partir del 6 de Octubre de 2021 las Azal Airlines comenzó a usar el espacio aéreo de Armenia efectuando el vuelo doméstico Bakú—Najicheván—Bakú. A partir de ahora al realizar ese vuelo Azal podrá utilizar todos los corredores aéreos existentes, incluidos los que pasan sobre los territorios de Armenia e Irán”, señala el comunicado de prensa. De acuerdo con la compañía muestra la disposición de Azerbaiyán para desbloquear las comunicaciones de transporte en la región, lo que responde a los intereses de todos los países fronterizos. El proyecto de la aerolínea colombiana, que volará por primera vez hacia Argentina, es incorporar siete frecuencias semanales de Medellín—Buenos Aires/AEP (7Frq/S) y siete frecuencias semanales de Córdoba—Buenos Aires/AEP (7Frq/S). Las gestiones han sido extendidas para que la aerolínea de presupuesto colombiana realice el primer vuelo de largo rango de acción en sus rutas internacionales con aeronaves Airbus A320-200NEO de última generación.
El CEO de Viva Airlines, Félix Antelo ha expresado su agradecimiento: “Creemos que para crecer en cuanto a destinos hacia el norte hay que crecer hacia el sur también, y ahí Argentina comienza a jugar un rol fundamental, estamos seguros que miramos hacia un país que nos otorga todas las garantías de desarrollo comercial”. Desde este Martes 05/10 el Aeropuerto Internacional de Córdoba/COR de Argentina fue habilitado para el ingreso de nacionales y de turistas de países limítrofes con esquema de vacunación completos. El Gobierno nacional oficializó este Martes 5 de Octubre de 2021 la habilitación del Aeropuerto Internacional Córdoba/COR Ambrosio Taravella de la ciudad de Córdoba como corredor seguro para el ingreso al país de pasajeros del exterior en cumplimiento de los protocolos sanitarios vigentes en el marco de la pandemia. La medida de establecer al aeropuerto internacional de la provincia mediterránea se determinó por medio de la Decisión Administrativa DA Nº 955/2021, publicada en el Boletín Oficial y firmada por el Jefe de Gabinete, Juan Manzur, y los ministros de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, y del Interior, Eduardo de Pedro. Según la disposición, por el momento solo podrán ingresar al país residentes nacionales y turistas de países limítrofes con esquema de vacunación completa. Mientras que desde el 1 de Noviembre próximo, la norma habilitará el ingreso a turistas provenientes de todo el mundo, siempre que acrediten el esquema de vacunación completo. En la norma se aprueba el protocolo “de transporte aéreo de pasajeros provenientes del exterior” que arriban a la provincia de Córdoba propuesto por la autoridad sanitaria provincial y avalado por la autoridad sanitaria nacional.
La disposición prescribe que la provincia deberá ajustarse a las previsiones de los protocolos nacionales que marcan los requisitos para la solicitud de habilitación de corredores seguros de ingreso al país. Indica además que la provincia deberá acreditar por ante el Ministerio de Salud nacional la habilitación provincial de los dispositivos y/o centros de testeo para quienes ingresan al país por ese punto de entrada habilitado. En la norma también se establece que la referida terminal tendrá que contar con las capacidades básicas exigidas desde el nivel nacional para prevenir y mitigar el ingreso y circulación de la variante Delta o cualquier otra de preocupación epidemiológica. Las autoridades de Córdoba habían presentado los protocolos correspondientes para la habilitación de este aeropuerto a mediados de agosto, cuando el Gobierno amplió el cupo de ingreso de vuelos desde el exterior, que a partir de ese momento podía ser de 1.700 pasajeros diarios. Entre los considerandos de la disposición, se señala que “en virtud del contexto sanitario y epidemiológico imperante”, recientemente se implementó “un conjunto de nuevas medidas, vigentes a partir del 1 Octubre de 2021, fundamentalmente vinculadas a las condiciones de ingreso al país de personas nacionales y residentes en nuestro país, nacionales y residentes de países limítrofes y demás extranjeros no residentes”.

La Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Argentina ha anunciado que las líneas aéreas internacionales podrán volar entres sus países hacia Argentina sin limitaciones de cupos a partir del 19 de Octubre de 2021. “Alcanzado el umbral del 50% de población vacunadas con esquema completo, y de acuerdo a la Decisión Administrativa DA Nº 951/2021 el día 19 de Octubre de 2021 se levanta todo cupo en la cantidad de pasajeros que arriban al país por modo aéreo”, informó la agencia aeronáutica de la ANAC. Tras haber alcanzado a partir del 02/10 un 50% de la población con doble vacunación, el Ministerio de Salud hizo el anuncio oficial este Martes 05/10, tras ese comunicado, hizo el anuncio también la agencia de la ANAC.
La flexibilización de las frecuencias aéreas internacionales continuaba ampliándose en la primera quincena de Octubre 2021 a medida que los índices de contagiosidad disminuían en el país.
