Confirman al Aeropuerto Córdoba como corredor seguro
Desde este Martes 05/10 el Aeropuerto Internacional de Córdoba/COR de Argentina fue habilitado para el ingreso de nacionales y de turistas de países limítrofes con esquema de vacunación completos. El Gobierno nacional oficializó este Martes 5 de Octubre de 2021 la habilitación del Aeropuerto Internacional Córdoba/COR Ambrosio Taravella de la ciudad de Córdoba como corredor seguro para el ingreso al país de pasajeros del exterior en cumplimiento de los protocolos sanitarios vigentes en el marco de la pandemia. La medida de establecer al aeropuerto internacional de la provincia mediterránea se determinó por medio de la Decisión Administrativa DA Nº 955/2021, publicada en el Boletín Oficial y firmada por el Jefe de Gabinete, Juan Manzur, y los ministros de Salud, Carla Vizzotti, y del Interior, Eduardo de Pedro. Según la disposición, por el momento solo podrán ingresar al país residentes nacionales y turistas de países limítrofes con esquema de vacunación completa. Mientras que desde el 1 de Noviembre próximo, la norma habilitará el ingreso a turistas provenientes de todo el mundo, siempre que acrediten el esquema de vacunación completo. En la norma se aprueba el protocolo “de transporte aéreo de pasajeros provenientes del exterior” que arriban a la provincia de Córdoba propuesto por la autoridad sanitaria provincial y avalado por la autoridad sanitaria nacional.
La disposición prescribe que la provincia deberá ajustarse a las previsiones de los protocolos nacionales que marcan los requisitos para la solicitud de habilitación de corredores seguros de ingreso al país. Indica además que la provincia deberá acreditar por ante el Ministerio de Salud nacional la habilitación provincial de los dispositivos y/o centros de testeo para quienes ingresan al país por ese punto de entrada habilitado. En la norma también se establece que la referida terminal tendrá que contar con las capacidades básicas exigidas desde el nivel nacional para prevenir y mitigar el ingreso y circulación de la variante Delta o cualquier otra de preocupación epidemiológica. Las autoridades de Córdoba habían presentado los protocolos correspondientes para la habilitación de este aeropuerto a mediados de agosto, cuando el Gobierno amplió el cupo de ingreso de vuelos desde el exterior, que a partir de ese momento podía ser de 1.700 pasajeros diarios. Entre los considerandos de la disposición, se señala que “en virtud del contexto sanitario y epidemiológico imperante”, recientemente se implementó “un conjunto de nuevas medidas, vigentes a partir del 1 Octubre de 2021, fundamentalmente vinculadas a las condiciones de ingreso al país de personas nacionales y residentes en nuestro país, nacionales y residentes de países limítrofes y demás extranjeros no residentes”.

From this Tuesday 05/10 the Córdoba International Airport/COR of Argentina was enabled for the entry of nationals and tourists from neighboring countries with a complete vaccination scheme. The national government made official this Tuesday, October 5, 2021, the authorization of the Córdoba International Airport/COR Ambrosio Taravella of the city of Córdoba as a safe corridor for the entry into the country of foreign passengers in compliance with the health protocols in force within the framework of the pandemic. The measure to establish the international airport of the Mediterranean province was determined through Administrative Decision DA No. 955/2021, published in the Official Gazette and signed by the Chief of Staff, Juan Manzur, and the Ministers of Health, Carla Vizzotti, and from the Interior, Eduardo de Pedro. According to the provision, for the moment only national residents and tourists from neighboring countries with a full vaccination scheme will be able to enter the country. While from next November 1, the norm will enable the entry of tourists from all over the world, as long as they prove the complete vaccination scheme. The standard approves the protocol for “air transport of passengers from abroad” arriving in the province of Córdoba proposed by the provincial health authority and endorsed by the national health authority.
The provision prescribes that the province must comply with the provisions of the national protocols that establish the requirements for the application for authorization of safe entry corridors to the country. It also indicates that the province must accredit before the national Ministry of Health the provincial authorization of the devices and/or testing centers for those who enter the country through that authorized entry point. The norm also establishes that the aforementioned terminal will have to have the basic capacities required from the national level to prevent and mitigate the entry and circulation of the Delta variant or any other of epidemiological concern. The Córdoba authorities had presented the corresponding protocols for the authorization of this airport in mid-August, when the Government increased the entry quota for flights from abroad, which from that moment could be 1,700 passengers per day. Among the provisions of the provision, it is noted that “by virtue of the prevailing sanitary and epidemiological context”, a set of new measures was recently implemented, effective as of October 1, 2021, “fundamentally linked to the conditions of entry into the country of nationals and residents of our country, nationals and residents of neighboring countries and other non-resident foreigners”.
