Los gremios aeronáuticos reclaman una recomposición salarial del 26%

Los gremios aeronáuticos en conflicto reclaman una aumento de los haberes en la aerolínea Latam Airlines del orden del 26 % convocando a un paro a partir de esta medianoche.

Los gremios aeronáuticos Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA), la Unión del Personal Superior de Empresas Aerocomerciales (UPSA), la Asociación del Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA), la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) y la Asociación Técnicos y Empleados de Protección y Asociación de Tripulantes de Cabina de Pasajeros de Empresas Aerocomerciales (Atcpea) firmaron el pedido dirigido al Gerente de Recursos Humanos de LATAM Airlines.

El Estado Argentino ha manifestado la intención de abonar una suba del orden del 16% de los haberes, pero los gremios establecen un reclamo de recomposición salarial del 26%, un 10% más del tope ofrecido por el Estado.

En un comunicado los sindicatos reclamaron: «La insuficiente oferta salarial propuesta para el año 2017/2018 no contempla la inflación anual y tampoco tiene en cuenta la recomposición salarial para cubrir la perdida del poder adquisitivo de los trabajadores. Nos declaramos en libertad de acción a partir de las 00 horas del día 16 de noviembre de 2017 para iniciar un cese total de actividades en la totalidad del grupo LATAM Argentina».
