Lufthansa es una rival fuerte pero solo quiere activos de la aerolínea italiana. EasyJet se une al fondo Cerberus

La aerolínea añemana Lufthansa ha estado negociando los activos de la línea aérea italiana Alitalia. Pero el fondo estadounidense Cerberus Capital Management decidió volver con un nuevo plan de negocios por la aerolínea italiana con una posible alianza con la compañía de bajo coste EasyJet. La compañía alemana es una rival fuerte pero solo quiere los activos de la aerolínea italiana.
