Aerolíneas analiza reemplazar dos A330-200
Aerolíneas Argentinas continúa el análisis de reemplazo de dos aeronaves Airbus A330-200 por aviones del mismo modelo debido a la finalización de los contratos de alquileres. La compañía había realizado un Request for Proposal (RFQ).
Luego de varios estudios de propuestas, Aerolíneas ha decidido incorporar A330-200 de la compañía TAP Air Portugal con registros CS-TOL (S/N/877) y CS-TOM (S/N899). Ambas aeronaves tendrán un acuerdo contractual con la compañía de leasing TrueAero LLC. y recibirán matrículas argentinas LV-KAN y LV-KAO. Los A330-200 poseen motores equipados con General Electric CF6 permitiendo una homogeneización con la flota actual. Las proyecciones de incorporación a la flota de Aerolíneas Argentinas son para septiembre 2021 cumpliendo el reemplazo de otras dos aeronaves widebodies. El objetivo de la aerolínea es reemplazar dos A330 más antiguos de la flota de tres aeronaves que vencen contratos para este año 2021.

Aerolíneas analyzes replacing two A330-200s
Aerolíneas Argentinas continues the analysis of the replacement of two Airbus A330-200 aircraft by aircraft of the same model due to the termination of the rental contracts. The company had made a Request for Proposal (RFQ).
After several studies of proposals, Aerolíneas has decided to incorporate TAP Air Portugal’s A330-200 with CS-TOL (S/N877) and CS-TOM (S/N899) registrations. Both aircraft will have a contractual agreement with the leasing company TrueAero LLC. and they will receive Argentine license plates LV-KAN and LV-KAO. The A330-200s have engines equipped with General Electric CF6 allowing a homogenization with the current fleet. The projections of incorporation to the Aerolineas Argentinas fleet are for September 2021, fulfilling the replacement of two other widebodies aircraft. The airline’s goal is to replace two older A330s from the fleet of three aircraft that expire contracts for this year 2021.
