Reclaman reapertura aeropuerto low cost El Palomar
Una nueva movilización se ha concentrado este Martes 05/10 para reclamar a las autoridades gubernamentales de Argentina por la reapertura del Aeropuerto Internacional El Palomar. La manifestación realizada a las 18:00 hs. en la rotonda del aeropuerto ubicada en Itacumbú y Matienzo de la Ciudad de El Palomar. La agrupación Banquemos el Aeropuerto, marchan nuevamente por los puestos de trabajo, por la inclusión, la libertad y la reactivación del barrio.
La publicación de la convocatoria de la marcha generó opiniones encontradas a favor y en contra. La posición de personas a favor del cierre señalaron: “Ese aeropuerto, primero que todo, estaba mal ubicado, en una zona urbana. Segundo, producía contaminación sonora y contaminación ambiental en una zona en la que los vecinos pagan impuestos residenciales. En tercer lugar ese aeropuerto, no cumplía con las normas de seguridad actuales para la aeronavegacion. Ese aeropuerto, estuvo hecho a medida de la empresa FLY BONDI, que eran vuelos precarios. Un negocio de Macri. Por eso los vecinos, cansados, hicieron una presentacion en la justicia y un juez no tuvo más opción que darles la razón… NUNCA MAS ESE AEROPUERTO”. Los agrupados en Banquemos al Aeropuerto, los vecinos exigen la reanudación de las obras de construcción de la terminal internacional en la cara sur del aeropuerto y la ampliación de la de cabotaje (Hangáres 7 y 8, pues ya tiene puestas las escaleras mecánicas y con un avance de obra del 70%. Por otra parte, solicitan a las mismas autoridades que se autorice el funcionamiento del aeropuerto sin restricciones horarias ni limitaciones arbitrarias y aconsejar a las autoridades y el concesionario del aeropuerto la presentación de un plan ambiental que incluya la forestación del campo de vuelo y las zonas vecinas. También el diseño e implementación de una reserva natural en el predio contiguo al aeropuerto, entre el arroyo Morón y el Camino de Cintura donde hay disponibles setenta hectáreas abandonadas, contaminadas y criminalizadas. Para la forestación, se estima la necesidad de al menos 10.000 árboles, explicaron. También se opusieron a la afectación del predio del Aeropuerto que no guarde relación con la Defensa o el Transporte y hacer saber al público que los vecinos de El Palomar quieren el funcionamiento del Aeropuerto. Se ha generado una confusión al respecto y venimos a ponerlo en claro como ya se hizo en la audiencia pública oficial del año 2018. El Palomar y sus vecinos quieren el Aeropuerto.
A pesar de las idas y venidas, el Juez en instrucción a cargo ha dictaminado el cierre definitivo. En la calle continúa la polémica por el restablecimiento de las operaciones reconociendo que le ha dado vida e impulso al área del conurbano. Mientras que es necesario resaltar que no es una cuestión de plantar árboles para mitigar el impacto del medio ambiente, pues esto acrecentaría el anidamiento y hábitat cercanas a la aeroestación determinando un peligro para la aviación. De todas maneras, es necesario señalar la importancia de un estudio serio y responsable referente a los estudios ambientales sobre el impacto de un aeropuerto en centros urbanos y el impacto de proyección a futuro de la aeroestación.
