Mayair tendrá su base de operaciones en Mérida, Yucatán, México

El presidente de la aerolínea Mayair, José Luis Martín expresó que se está finalizando las tareas de terminación del nuevo hangar permitiendo en un plazo de 30 días trasladar el equipo técnico desde Cancún hacia Mérida.

La aerolínea comunicó que están en negociaciones para la incorporación de tres Fokker 50 con capacidad para 50 pasajeros, de fabricación holandesa. Actualmente Mayair está volando entre Villahermosa y Tuxtla Gutiérrez en aviones Dornier 228 y Cessna 402, y en los próximos meses se incorporarán los Fokker 50, permitiendo conectar nuevos destinos: Oaxaca, Huatulco, Reynosa y Tampico.

Mayair inició sus operaciones en 1994 y desde entonces ha conectado a las ciudades de la península ofreciendo un servicio diario desde su actual base Cancún hascia Mérida, Villahermosa, Veracruz y Tuxtla Gutiérrez y desde este mes un servicio dierio Chetumal-Mérida.

Mayair airline president José Luis Martín said that the completion of the new hangar is being finalized, allowing within 30 days to move the technical team from Cancun to Merida.
