Sindicatos aeronáuticos de Argentina se declararon en estado de «alerta y movilización» este viernes en rechazo a una nueva Audiencia Pública
Los gremios nucleados de APLA, APA, APTA, UALA y UPSA han elevado al Ministerio de Transporte una carta en reclamo de la apertura de una nueva solicitud para el otorgamiento de más rutas aéreas que se habilitarán el próximo 6 de septiembre de 2017.
La posición de los sindicatos fue comunicada a través de una carta dirigida al Ministro de Transporte, Guillermo Dietrich, y llevó la firma de los secretarios generales de APTA, Ricardo Cirielli; APA, Edgardo Llano; APLA, Pablo Biro; UALA, Genaro Trucco y UPSA, Rubén Fernández. Los gremios se quejaron de la falta de respuesta de las autoridades nacionales para resolver «el estado de colapso integral en que se encuentra el sistema de transporte aerocomercial» nacional.
Los sindicatos aeronáuticos denuncian que existen «indubitables intenciones» de imponer «el nefasto modelo empresarial low cost, bien conocido en todo el mundo, que indefectiblemente conducirá a la precarización laboral y a la degradación de la seguridad aérea en nuestro país». De esta manera los gremios fijaron posición ante el avance del Estado sobre las nuevas políticas aerocomerciales en Argentina.
Sistema de Transporte Aerocomercial
Por otra parte, los sindicatos observan «con profunda preocupación que los máximos responsables de la ANAC y del Ministerio de Transporte, siguen sin reconocer que nuestro sistema de transporte aerocomercial se encuentra colapsado integralmente y que está inmerso en una crisis crónica». Advirtieron que «sólo el esfuerzo y colaboración excepcional de los trabajadores aeronáuticos permite que se mantenga operativo». Entre las deficiencias, mencionaron la «falta de cobertura y control radar en la totalidad del territorio argentino; aeródromos degradados en su operatividad; áreas de movimiento y estacionamiento de aeronaves saturadas; congestionamiento del tránsito aéreo; radioayudas fuera de servicio; sistema de búsqueda obsoleto e ineficaz y precarización de los trabajadores involucrados».
Frente a un escenario de precarización, los gremios decidieron declararse en estado de «alerta y movilización» y anunciaron que llevarán adelante con los reclamos en defensa de las condiciones laborales de los trabajadores aeronáuticos y de la seguridad aérea de los usuarios de los sistema de transporte aéreo nacional.
Próxima Audiencia Pública del 6/9
El 6 de septiembre la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) convocó a otra Audiencia Pública para el otorgamiento de más rutas aéreas en Argentina. Entre las empresas que se darán cita están: Norwegian Air Argentina, Polar Líneas Aéreas, Buenos Aires International Airlines, Líneas Aéreas Sociedad Anónima (Grupo LASA), Sapsa, Just Flight, Argenjet, Alas del Sur y Flecha Bus. Otras líneas aéreas como Avian Líneas Aéreas, Flybondi, pedirán la extensión de más servicios aéreos. La aerolínea Ryanair se ha bajado del proyecto de desembarco en Argentina, por lo menos en estas instancias.

Aeronautical unions in Argentina declared themselves in a state of «alert and mobilization» this Friday in rejection to a new Public Hearing
The APLA, APA, APTA, UALA and UPSA nucleated guilds have submitted a letter to the Ministry of Transport requesting the opening of a new application for the granting of more air routes to be completed on 6 September 2017.
The position of the unions was communicated through a letter addressed to the Minister of Transport, Guillermo Dietrich, and signed by the secretaries general of APTA, Ricardo Cirielli; APA, Edgardo Llano; APLA, Pablo Biro; UALA, Genaro Trucco and UPSA, Rubén Fernández. The unions complained of a lack of response from national authorities to resolve «the state of complete collapse of the national air transport system».
The aeronautical unions denounce that there are «undoubted intentions» to impose «the disastrous low cost business model, well known throughout the world, which will inevitably lead to job insecurity and degradation of air safety in our country.» In this way the guilds set their position before the advance of the State on the new aerial commercial policies in Argentina.

On the other hand, the unions observe «with deep concern that the heads of the ANAC and the Ministry of Transport still do not recognize that our air transport system is totally collapsed and that it is immersed in a chronic crisis.» They warned that «only the exceptional effort and collaboration of aeronautical workers allows it to remain operational». Among the shortcomings, they mentioned «the lack of coverage and radar control in the entire Argentine territory, aerodromes degraded in their operation, areas of movement and parking of saturated aircraft, air traffic congestion, radio aids out of service, obsolete search system and Ineffective and precariousness of the workers involved».
Faced with a scenario of precariousness, the guilds decided to declare themselves in a state of «alert and mobilization» and announced that they will carry forward the claims in defense of the working conditions of the aeronautical workers and the aviation security of the users of the transport system National Air Transport.
Public Hearing of 6/9
On September 6, the National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) convened another Public Hearing for the granting of more air routes in Argentina. Among the companies that will be present are: Norwegian Air Argentina, Polar Airlines, Buenos Aires International Airlines, Linhas Aéreas Sociedad Anónima (Grupo LASA), Sapsa, Just Flight, Argenjet, Alas del Sur and Arrow Bus. Other airlines such as Avian Linhas Aéreas, Flybondi, will request the extension of more air services.
