All Nippon Airways (ANA) se convirtió en la primera aerolínea del país en recibir un Airbus A321NEO
La aerolínea japonesa All Nippon Airways (ANA) se acaba de convertir en la primera en recibir un Airbus A321NEO equipado con los motores Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM.
Airbus ha hecho entrega el 5 de septiembre en su factoría de Finkenwerder (Hamburgo, Alemania) del primero de 22 A321NEO adquiridos por ANA Holdings, matriz de All Nippon Airways. El primer A321NEO llegará a Japón el 8 de septiembre y está programado para comenzar el servicio en las rutas nacionales de Japón desde el Aeropuerto de Tokyo-HANEDA a partir de mediados de septiembre.
Es el primer ejemplar del modelo entregado por parte de Airbus con motores Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM, los seis A32NEO entregados hasta ahora cuentan todos con los CFM LEAP-1A. La configuración de los A321NEO de ANA cuentan con 8 asientos en business y 186 en turista. Premium Class cuenta con asientos ajustables, mientras que todos los asientos de ambas clases tienen monitores de asientos personales, que es el primero que ANA tiene en sus vuelos nacionales de Japón. Los nuevos aviones incorporan sistema de entretenimiento a bordo, “ANA Wi-Fi Service”, siendo el primer avión de un pasillo de ANA que se usará en rutas dentro de Japón en contar con este equipamiento.
En comparación con su versión actual, el A321CEO, el A321NEO alcanza un 15% de rendimiento de combustible mejorado. Actualmente, sólo hay cuatro compañías en el mundo que operan el A321NEO, y All Nippon Airways se convertirá en la primera en Japón. A finales de 2023, ANA está planeando recibir ocho más del A320NEO sobre un total de 11 unidades.

Japanese airline All Nippon Airways (ANA) has just become the first to receive an Airbus A321NEO equipped with the Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM engines.
Airbus delivered on September 5 at its Finkenwerder factory (Hamburg, Germany) of the first of 22 A321NEO acquired by ANA Holdings, parent of All Nippon Airways. The first A321NEO will arrive in Japan on September 8 and is scheduled to begin service on Japan’s domestic routes from Tokyo-HANEDA Airport beginning mid-September.
It is the first model of the model delivered by Airbus with engines Pratt & Whitney PW1100G-JM, the six A32NEO delivered so far all have CFM LEAP-1A. The configuration of the ANA A321NEO has 8 seats in business and 186 in tourist. Premium Class has adjustable seats, while all seats of both classes have personal seat monitors, which is the first ANA has on their domestic flights from Japan. The new aircraft incorporate an on-board entertainment system, “ANA Wi-Fi Service”, being the first aircraft in an ANA corridor to be used on routes within Japan to have this equipment.
Compared with its current version, the A321CEO, the A321NEO achieves a 15% improved fuel efficiency. Currently, there are only four companies in the world that operate the A321NEO, and All Nippon Airways will become the first in Japan. By the end of 2023, ANA is planning to receive eight more from the A320NEO out of a total of 11 units.
