Las conmemoraciones en Nueva York comienzaron a las 08:46 am con un momento de silencio en toda la ciudad que marca el momento en que el primer avión golpeó la Torre Norte del World Trade Center. El segundo avión golpeó la torre del sur a las 09:03 a.m. ET.
El Presidente Trump conducirá un momento de silencio en el Pentágono a las 09:37 a.m. ET, en el momento en que el vuelo 77 de American Airlines golpeó el edificio.
El cuarto y último avión cayó en Shanksville, Pensilvania, a las 10:03 a.m. ET, pero la ceremonia conmemorativa nacional del Vuelo 93 comienza antes, a las 09:30 a.m. ET.
